We recently purchased our first home…

We recently purchased our first home through this agency, and unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing—particularly on the day of key collection.

As first-time buyers, my husband and I had certain expectations for such an important milestone. We had hoped to meet the agent in person at the property, especially as we had never met before. Instead, we were simply given instructions to collect the keys from a key safe near the front door. The experience felt impersonal and underwhelming for what should have been a special moment.

There was no walkthrough of the property, no guidance on things like meter readings, and no explanation of which keys operated which locks. To make matters worse, the agent left the group chat before we even had the chance to say thank you or ask any final questions.

We also ran into an issue where we were locked out of one of the doors and, with no support available, had to break the glass to get back inside. This added unnecessary stress to what should have been a positive day.

Overall, the experience made us feel like just another sale rather than valued clients. It was upsetting, as we had imagined the day would be handled with more care and consideration. As first-time buyers, that moment is really important, and we feel it was taken away from us.

Best in the industry by far

I met Lucy Gobbi yesterday at the Uxbridge branch and was impressed by her professionalism. She was extremely helpful in my property search and I can’t thank her enough. I highly recommend using Andrew Residential and found Lucy Gobbi was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable, fair and recommend her anyone to looking for a property to rent. Best service in the industry I’ve received by far.

This company is pretty useless as I had…

This company is pretty useless as I had horrible experience with them which I realised now after 1.5 years in this country.
I moved to this country 2 years ago and I shared all my bank statements, salary slip, offer letter and many confidential information with them. They kept on taking more and more details from the customer as they like to satisfy their quest for information and pretending as if asked by the owner which is not true.
I realised that this game plan is designed by them and usually immigrants suffer a lot due to this. We really had very bad experience since we are stuck not to have guarantor and end up losing an apartment due to their anti-immigrant attitude (I realised now)
