Hello everyone
Hello everyone: I had some serious issues with my computer. It was running so slow, it took forever to reboot. It would not allow my dvd/cd built in to my desktop to work. Several programs were frozen and could not be opened. Needless to say these guys were great. I only have one program now that is locked up, and they will fix that on Monday. Christmas came early for me. I can't thank you enough. God Bless one and all.

i was having trouble with my audio sound and wondered what happen to it.so I decided to call the tech.dept.and spoke with Peter Smith to let him know what had happened andi got on the job asap and within a matter of minutes, the issue was fixed and I was very pleased that Peter Smith was the man who got the task done in a timely and professionial manner!!!!

I have dealt with any tech 365 more than most people usually due to something dumb on my part like forgetting to write things down. I have always been pleased with the service I have received and this time is no exception! For some reason? I had allowed my service to expire and once I addressed that Peter took over and cleaned up the mess I had managed to make in the time since we had last talked. I now sign on with my thumb print and could not remember my old password! Peter was patient throughout got everything squared away and made sure I wrote the new pin# down!

Beware if this scam artist JamieWatkins gains access to your computer using Team Viewer. After you refuse to buy his product he does not remove Team Viewer and then sends you fake invoices saying you used your Paypal account to buy Ryan Air tickets and other iterms. Latest was for a pick hoodie from Ebay. Below I will cut and paste his latest stunt.

Oh my gosh what a God send you have been! By accident I happened upon the Anytech365 team because I was having "Inaccessible Boot Device" errors and I am so happy I did. It required major technical assistance but Junior's patience and perseverance have gone above and beyond what I ever would have expected. Through frustrating internet problems, day after day, and my limited help, he was able to finally restore my computer and made my life work smoothly again. Thank God he was there for me.

Unbelievable what I witnessed
Unbelievable what I witnessed. I had no idea that all of the adware and other things that were on my pc, thank you for cleaning up my pc and installing protection on it, I don't the name of the tech but I think Kate might. he was fast and the best. I will definitely continue using your software and tech support.

Great Product
Great Product. After initial hiccup guys were great (not easy for them dealing with an old computer dummy) Their patience and knowledge was second to none. I would recommend them to anyone.

A few years ago I met AnyTech365 and they had nice subscriptions at nice prices. Now I have a heavy virus subscription and help with computer problems for one and a half year. All I have to do is call and with Teamviewer( remote) they take over my computer and put it back in order from Spain. Super yet and a reassuring feeling.

Analisa at AnyTech365 is an Absolutely Fantastic Tech Support and Customer Service Person ! Nothing is too much trouble for her and she is so Friendly and Patient ! Excellent rating as my computer is up and ready to use, safe with hopefully a lot more speed. After only a few shut downs it seems in tip top shape. Finished uploading and set up in good time.
