Great products but frustrating customer service
Great products - amazing quality and aesthetically, however, I have had some frustrations with customer service whereby it took me over 9 weeks to receive a refund from them.

Gorgeous bag, beautifully made and perfectly sized

I rated 3 stars only as I was not happy with the item I received. The purse I bought online is hard and the card slots cannot fit the credit cards and it looks bulky. I was thinking of returning the item.
Always nicely presented lovely leather goods - had a bit of trouble with sales order that went astray - this could have been dealt with better.
I have purchased several pairs of men's cufflinks on different occasions and had them engraved. They make perfect gifts and the deliver time and service has always been excellent.
A really helpful service in the store and very speedy, efficient on line service.

Had to return a phone case (Christmas present ordered well in advance yet arrived after Christmas, told it would be delivered by Xmas eve yet only posted on Xmas eve!) and request a replacement.....Aspinal kindly arranged collection of said case but no replacement arrived necessitating several phone calls and chasing up. All in all a 3 month wait and multiple calls!
Recent order also made, 2 items...got delivery of one and no news of the other. Had to call and follow up on what was happening and apparently it’s in the system somewhere. Let’s see if the rest of this order materialises.
Not really what you expect when ordering from a luxury brand. My experience has not been commensurate with the price tag nor I suspect that of the Duchess of Cambridge!

Great quality and customer service especially in store
I’ve purchased in store in london and online, their online shipping to Australia was surprisingly quick, packaging was just as nice as purchasing instore. They make beautiful quality leather goods, I always get compliments on my handbag. I’ve never had any issues even after high usage, and I don’t baby my bags.
I have an amazing experience everytime I shop from the company’s website, excellent customer service! The parcels arrive always within a few days, the items are in excellent condition and the packaging is super luxurious making the shopping experience even better! I couldn’t fault it!
Great quality guaranteed every time
Aspinal has some of the finest leather goods I've ever found. I first discovered them when looking for a birthday/anniversary date book. I bought one and then promptly bought several more for family and friends. Since that time, now long ago, I've purchased other leather books or gifts and never been disappointed. The quality of the leather has been excellent, the workmanship outstanding, inner materials, whether paper or fabric have all been the highest quality. I highly recommend this firm.
