They don't have good customer service …

They don't have good customer service and don't look after their returning customers well. On one occasion, the writer took a long time to finish the paper and as a result I was penalised financially and academically. Assignment Masters delayed the investigation process so long and in the end said that they cannot issue a refund back to my card as the transaction was over 6 months old and would only give me store credit which I refused as I am not coming back. There are better services out there that look after their returning customers more.

The actual quality of the papers is not great either, you would have to constantly heck grammar, content, spelling, formatting, etc. They do not have native English writers and so the work produced is basic.

As requested, the order number was 81830896.

One great service to get your assignments done. Good quality and whats more important - good communication with you during all the process. That really makes orders better - you have a possibility to change some details just on the run. I recommend!

Avoid this company.. Do it yourself and avoid the hassle

I tried Assignment Masters for one assignment due to being short on time, I read some reviews and their site looked professional enough for me to go ahead with them... However it was not a pleasant experience.

They hassle you to buy "upgrades" such as "expert proofreading"
The writer seemed to take no notice of the task I had set and wrote a very poor and generic paper.
The writer then submitted the draft paper and pressured me to accept it quickly.
I then requested amendments to the whole paper as it was all rubbish, not even sure it would scrape a pass (I had paid for a 1st level paper).
The writer made some minor changes and resubmitted it. Again it was still rubbish, but at this point I felt this was a hopeless cause and would be better off just doing it myself.
What was really laughable is the "expert proofreader" had missed endless spelling and grammar errors so I doubt it was proof read at all!!

I emailed support expressing I was not happy with the service and wanted a full refund.
They emailed back suggesting I have the paper revised again.
I emailed back saying theres no point I have done the paper myself to which I had no proper response.

I left it for a few weeks due to time pressures but felt annoyed I had paid them for something they completely failed to deliver - so I emailed demanding a full refund. This went back and forth a few times with the usual T&Cs excuses but eventually they gave me 50% back.
I still think this is extremely poor and have taken the time to write this review in the hope of saving other potential buyers their money!

Keep it up

Apart from editing orders now I've started getting some final assignments and a coursework for my study year's closing. The essays are not really worth mentioning as they are really simple and the only problem was prioritizing the work and lacking time for those. The coursework is a more significant case where I couldnt make up several chapters, so they did it. A good service with reasonable conditions, I dont have any complaints yet.

Got another paper since the last one I …

Got another paper since the last one I was talking about. The mark for the service is about 4,5 for me now - they improved on the quality as the new paper was the same project. Thus I got a writer connected to this topic in particular and he managed to help me get one more good final project part.

I`ll tell that again...a good-leveled …

I`ll tell that again...a good-leveled service : easy to use and with outcoming work resulting in a good mark of B and above, atleast I never got anything lower while submitting papers from here. The quality and time perfectly suits me, so is the price. I recommend!
