They have taken money from my credit…

They have taken money from my credit card, and simultaneously asked me to upgrade to what they billed me for. They are now wasting my time selecting responses that don't have anything to do with the problem - and refuse a simple explanatory email, and prefer an automated series of responses that suggest they are more interested in looking like they are responding, than actually responding.

Avast steels your money

I got a reminder, I had to renew my contract.

So I paid with the link from Avast, everything looked normal, I paid with QR. Never received the link to download the program. I send them all the proof I have, for the paiment. They tell me, they can't find my payment, global collect did not find it eather. They need an acount nr of receipient, that I don't have, because I transfered with a QR code..... so, money is gone..... they just steel your money!!

I sign up and pay and still get all the…

I sign up and pay and still get all the same notifications as though I never purchased a product and none of the recommended updates/protections are available to me with the products/protections I purchased. waste of time and money and no help

What else can I say? This is great!

This VPN is very good. Starting out with Avast recently, I have had a great experience with its fast service and its availability. It never lags out and it doesn't slow my device down which is why I like it so much unlike other VPNs. I really like Avast and am going to be a loyal and long-lasting customer. Thank you very much Avast.

Hate this app

Hate this app, i was planning on saving my money to upgrade it to a premium version, but since I have this free version, it converted all my files into a qoqa and deleted it, I hate this app and it makes my day worse, i hope this company goes bankrupt for such a crappy antivirus

You won't regret using Avast

Avast is, by far, the most advanced antivirus program I have ever used. Other antivirus programs slow my computer down, but using Avast, there is very minimal computer lag time. I will never use another Antivirus program ever again.

Stealth installation

I've never knowingly installed Avast.. but every now and then it appears like a bad penny to slow my computer down and then I have to jump through hoops to uninstall it.

I know they sometimes get installed with certain programs (bad enough) but this time it got installed as I attempted to remove a program. Really bad form.

Any company that uses stealth installs is not one I would trust with the security of my PC

Avast One free
Wast of time don't bother with this they keep sending pop up box's when you are trying to work with ads and all that don't pay them any money browser Personal setting also keep changing. Use Firefox one of the best free browser and A.V.G ant virus free and you cart go wrong. But stay away from AVast

Just been charged for a cancelled…

Just been charged for a cancelled subscription that isn't due to renew for 2 days from now. Reading through other reviews you have to disable auto renewal and cancel a subscription. Also when you cancel a subscription it ends that day not when your renewal date is like other subscription services do. There was no email about this subscription or payment coming up. I'm currently on holiday and can't acces my pc to even check what's gone on.
Will have to spend my first day home dealing with this issue now.

SUCH A BAS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I talked to Mohanram and he was so disrespectful. I had the right to a refund policy because I have 30 days to get a refund and he didn't want to do it he was forcing me to keep the subscription but with a discount. I made it clear that I want a full refund but he was so so so forcing me and threatening to not refund me if I don;t accept the refund. This was very very annoying. Also there is no rate button for our conversation. Maybe include this and keep track of your bad workers.

Incompetent company

I've tried repeatedly to cancel my account and subscription and received confirmation that it was cancelled, only to then be charged again by this company. I'm sick of them and they are incompetent. This is an absolute joke.

I have used Avast for more than 10 years.

I have used this software for more than 10 years without a single incident. I feel compelled to share that this is the best protection available on a constant basis available in the market. Simply I would trust my computers to no one else.

I am HAPPY and PROTECTED by AVAST

I am very HAPPY and trust AVAST as I know I am in good hands, as are my systems. There are a few other applications on the market which offer similar specs, but I have always come back to AVAST, as the software is both intuative, and user friendly. As a security concious animal, I use both AVAST and MALWAREBYTES. I have read some reviews regarding the customer service being a problem at times. For me, I only require a once a year phone call to AVAST which is simply to check the price I am offered, which has always been cheaper than the other options on the market. I recommend AVAST purely because I have never had any issues.

Failed payment to subscription

I got an email regarding a failed payment to a subscription for one of their packages - which i didn't know i had signed up for. However, i went and filed a refund/cancellation pamphlet and within 2 minutes, my autopayment and subscription was cancelled, yet i still got the rest of the month for free in addition - super fast and amazing customer service!
