MY PET DIED

I'm through with Banfield my pet just recently passed away and Banfield continues to charge my account until November, this is not the first time this has happened to us. The Brea office has never provided us with emergency care and now they're closed on Sundays one of the reasons why our pet has passed away very poor customer service.
