HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE! DO NOT DO IT! THEY SUCKER YOU INTO A WELLNESS PLAN. It is Nearly impossible to cancel even though they tell you that you can cancel within 2 days and make it sound easy, it's not at all. I ended up paying $400 for an office visit blood work an antibiotic and shampoo. I had a free office visit coupon and they told me I couldn't be used since I canceled the wellness plan. The nurse And doctor were very nice, but you could tell. They only want to sell you the wellness plan that is their main goal.

Horrible Communication! Management is Rude & Condescending!

I recently took my dog in for dental cleaning and comprehensive exam. He came out of there whining and lethargic and stayed that way for 2 days. I asked what is wrong with him and they said it was normal after anesthesia. I'm sorry but that is NOT normal! They said they gave him a sedative as well. No one approved this nor were we notified. We also have a wellness plan but almost everything is "additional" UGH! They do not communicate clearly with you (or even at all) and get an attitude if you ask for clarification. One of the reps Nicole is very condescending!! I told her I wanted to remove the dental plan moving forward and she said she would remove it now, re-adjust all fees and charge me the balance due!? I told he do NOT make any changes to my account. I will call Corporate and she just snickered. I will just say consumers beware and be diligent.
