Another purchase another great experience

This is probably the only shop I dare to make a wire transfer instead of using my CC. Bought 4 Bessey clamps (TL 900 or TL 90 depending where you look) and they were delivered perfectly packaged without any issues and even before the money was transferred to them (I know it takes at least 1 day if not the same bank).

I purchased a Record extraction unit 3 years ago from Baptist that developed an electrical fault. I took the machine in with the receipt for repair. The guys took care of retrospectively registering the machine for the 5 year manufacturer's guarantee (that I was too lazy to do at the time!) and a week or two later couriered the repaired machine back to me. I would normally say something like 'worth paying a little more for great service' but when I purchased the machine from Baptist originally it was the best price available. Excellent pricing and outstanding service. Thanks again!
