Appalling

Appalling. The management of this company Is, frankly, a disgrace. It is unresponsive, they fail to really understand what residential management requires and look to distance themselves from any issue. Should you complain or even ask for information, the immediate response of, I believe, their MD is to cry, allege that they are being unfairly criticised, inappropriately threaten the resident, and then to refuse to accept further correspondence. This company is a woke-orientated joke, so I’m surprised they are still in business.
