I have previously had a problem with Bax, when they sent me a set of speakers that were supposed to be brand new but were faulty and damaged.
This time I purchased a microphone kit which was cheaper elsewhere, but i was given a discount code for 5% off on my purchase as advertised on the bax shop website.
When I went in to the basket to make my purchase, i was give NO OPTION TO ADD THE DISCOUNT CODE, even before and after I logged in to my paypal account, and the website just continued to take payment for the full amount.
I straight away contacted Bax to give my 5% discount as offered on the website as i have the code or to cancel my order if this is not possible. They ignored all my requests and just kept my money and sent the item.
I then sent numerous emails to Bax Shop on the customer service email from the website. Its been almost a week and I have received NO REPLY WHATSOEVER other then continuous spam emails on giving them feedback on their products.
I then contacted Bax Shop on Facebook, explaining my situation, and they just replied back saying your discount code is expired!! They have given no explanation as to why the code that was sent to me was expired which was sent shortly before i made my purchase, and they completely avoided going in to any detail with regards to helping me get the discount that they are misleading customers with on their website.
I have also made requests for them to take the item back for a full refund, as they state on the website customers have 60 day money back guarantee, but i believe this is completely false information and it is used as a tactic to encourage people to buy i the first place.
Please don't become victims to this companies misleading selling tactics as you will have problems getting your money back or giving products back.
