Bay Tree Events - Marquee & Furniture Hire Reviews

A great experience booking Bay Tree Events for our marquee hire. The team are very experienced, and very professional with excellent communication. We hired a marquee with tables and chairs for a work group event held at a private residence and everything went smoothly and exactly to plan. I would most certainly recommend these guys, a great company to deal with. Thank you Bay Tree !

This is the second time we have used Marcus and his team and we were again not disappointed. We had to postpone our party twice due to COVID restrictions, but Marcus worked so hard to find new dates which worked for us. The Capri marquee was stunning and was just what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and the team are completely professional. I hope we can find an excuse to use them again!

We used Bay Tree Marquees for our 50th birthday party, before lockdown. They provided and amazing service and went above and beyond I every area. I can’t recommend Marcus and his team highly enough

Marcus from baytree events was absolutely brilliant.
From start to finish.
We originally ordered just chairs for our wedding day but due to restrictions we had to quickly change our requirements. Marcus was quick to respond and gave us really useful recommendations.

We ended up using his Capri Marquee and your honestly can't go wrong with the choice. Marcus was there first thing and the set up was super quick with no issues.

I will defo be using baytree again.
Thanks to their team for making our wedding so beautiful during a really hard time !

Thank you so much for making my birthday a great success!! The marquee was beautiful and the tables, and chairs were all of excellent quality. From my initial call to installation - Marcus was super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend Bay Tree Events.

In challenging times Bay Tree Events have been amazing. Customer service, marquee quality, reliability all top notch! Nothing is too much trouble. Recommended 100%

We had the most beautiful marquee and the service received from Marcus and his team was absolutely top notch. The quote was extremely competetive and really good value. They are highly experienced, professional and knowledgable. Our marquee connected to our house and it was virtually seamless as they kept the floor at the same height. The decoration, lighting, dance floor, bar and seating was perfect and I cannot recommend them highly enough - they took all the stress out of organising a big party and had great recommendations for catering too! You will not be disappointed.

Thanks Marcus for making the whole event go very smoothly at a very competitive cost we will use you again for sure.

Regards Max

Marcus from Bay Tree Events has been fabulous, they are a quality outfit and extremely helpful and professional company. We had a large bespoke built marquee for my husbands 40th in November 2019 with 150 guests. Marcus was so helpful, answering questions, providing lights, dance floors, more seating etc, nothing was too much trouble and he was quick and polite to respond. The marquee was top quality and beautifully lined with curtains and colourful up-lighters, we had a star light ceiling and it looked like a night club in there! It was lovely and warm inside and Marcus was totally flexible putting exits where we needed and making a bespoke adjoining link tunnel to the house. The party was brilliant and everyone loved the marquee, we will definitely use Bay Tree again, highly recommend.

Marcus could not do any better. Thoroughly recommended. Small company with great service

We had Bay Tree Events for the marquee for our Golden Wedding Anniversary. Marcus and his team provided us with superb venue, complete with dance floor, for nearly 80 family and friends. What impressed us in the first place was the care and attention that Marcus gave to planning the layout and siting of the marquee. Nothing was too much bother, even a spot of tree work to ensure that we could get our preferred location! The staff were thoroughly professional. The end result was a perfect place to celebrate our 50 years marriage.

Excellent company, Bay Tree worked with us for the duration of our booking, even though we changed our date and order multiple times before the day of our wedding. The marquee itself looked fantastic and everything was provided exactly to our requirements.
Honestly couldn't recommend them enough, Marcus is very honest and we could tell he genuinely cared about making the setup the best he could for our big day. Thanks Marcus!

So happy with the marquee for our 50th party. Marcus and the team were so helpful and super efficient. It looked spectacular with a black sparkly roof lining over the dance floor and white roof lining with fairy lights for the rest of the space. The heater and lighting were very effective and easy to use. I had so many compliments and would definitely recommend and use Marcus and Baytree again.

Superb! Marcus and the team made the whole experience of organising my daughters 21st party stress free. The capri marquee fitted perfectly and looked really special in the evening with the lights and the poseur tables. The guys were efficient, punctual and very personable when putting up and taking down the marquee. Definitely recommend.

Well what can I say - above and beyond !!! Marcus and his team were brilliant....from the initial contact through to the take down and removal Bay Tree Events were fantastic. Marcus even contacted me while he was on holiday!!!
We had a Capri Marquee for our daughters 18th Birthday Party. It looked amazing with all the lights and furniture.
Thank you Marcus and would definitely use again and highly recommend.

We used Marcus for our 60th Party. They were absolutely brilliant. They were, punctual, professional and thorough. The marquee was erected and dressed in half a day and the same when it was taken down. I would not hesitate to recommend Marcus and his team and will most definitely use them again. Job well down.

Above expectations

Marcus & his team were so efficient and easy to deal with. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else needing a marquee. We have used other companies in the past so have direct comparisons--in fact there is 'no' comparison.
Carry on as you are Marcus and many many thanks to you and your merry team.
Sorry one of our dogs ate your sandwich!!!!

Marcus and his team were excellent, friendly, polite, professional. We couldn't have asked for more. Right from the start to the end they did the job amazingly well. The marquee and trappings were perfect for our event and looked lovely. It made a real impression on all. This is the second time we've used Bay Tree and we wouldn't hesitate in going straight back to them.
