Only because I cannot rate as 0

Only because I cannot rate as 0. I have placed an order on the 13/08 and the only confirmation I have received so far is that money was accepted. I have repeatedly tried to contact you so I can get some feedback on my order, through your mail service and through the comments on my order but there has been no reply. I feel as I have wasted a considerable amount of money on unreceived goods but I also feel that you would not be bothered to do anything but ignore a customer. I would definitely not recommend and I hope this time I get some sort of response.

Salve ... come ben evidenziato sul sito da un banner con la spiagge e conchiglie con le date dal 13/08 al 1/09 siamo andati in ferie anche Noi... ebbene si!E come sempre ben evidenziato sul sito da una bella SCRITTA ROSSA GIGANTE gli ordini arrivati DOPO IL 12 AGOSTO VERRANO EVASI A PARTIRE DAL 1 SETTEMBRE.
BASTAVA LEGGERE O VEDERE LA FOTO CON LA SPIAGGIA E LA BARCHETTA E LE DATE DI CHIUSURA ...ABBASTANZA INTUITIVO.

Hello... as clearly highlighted on the website with a banner featuring beaches and shells with the dates from August 13th to September 1st, we went on vacation too... yes, we did! And as always, clearly highlighted on the website with a nice GIANT RED WORD, orders arriving AFTER AUGUST 12TH WILL BE PROCESSED STARTING SEPTEMBER 1ST.
IT WAS ENOUGH TO READ OR SEE THE PHOTO OF THE BEACH AND THE BOAT AND THE CLOSING DATES... PRETTY INTUITIVE.

My order was missing half of it

My order was missing half of it. Majimech has 2 components(as shown on your website) I received only crema 1 so it’s not possible to use it. I hope you do read this comment and send me rest of my product.(5pc crema2)

I'm sorry to contradict you but the products are sold separately because as you should know for each 50ml tube it is used with two 25ml majimeches sachets (As well highlighted on our website with photos).Furthermore, do you think it is possible that a tube and a sachet of majimeches have a price of only €3.50????Obviously it is impossible, the sachet costs €3.50 and the tube €8.50. There are those who only need the sachet or just the tube.She ordered 5 sachets and we sent her 5 sachets. Best regards

I’ve got the pack after 2 weeks

I’ve got the pack after 2 weeks, the dispenser is broken. The products were not packed well.
The answer from the representative is that they do not take any responsibility for that.
After a while I understood that the shop was Italian one, so I wrote that I am also Italian citizen and we can talk Italian. Here the terrible dialogue occured. They started saying that they are proud to be Italians (I never said Italians are bad, just was suprised that we could speak the same language), but they talked to me in a very offensive way showing they do not care about what I say and problem I have. I do not suggest this shop to anyone

PS the first attempt of delivery was yesterday morning and in the evening I had a pack, so it took more than 2 weeks to get the pack.
You can see from the answer of the representative how they “care” about their customers. Of course they suggested me the most economical way for them - to resolve the problem by myself :) of course I will do since I do not have any choice but this experience is very unpleasant

Lei ha ordinato il 17 marzo domenica ed è partito il lunedi seguente per Ungheria poi i tempi di consegna non dipendono da Noi. Risulta anche un tentativo di consegna andato vuoto e le feste di Pasqua. Lei ha ordinato uno shampoo e un balsamo con lo stesso tappo uno col dispenser uno senza ... si è rotto solo dispenser senza fuoriscita di prodotto o altro. Le avevamo gentilmente consigliato di poter sostituire il tappo o alternarlo con altra confezione. La sua risposta è stata "ah ho capito che siete Italiani." Beh si ORGOGLIOSI di esserlo e a noi sembrava la soluzione più logica ed economica per tutti.... ma Noi siamo Italiani.... offrendole comunque la possibilità di restituire il prodotto e rimborsarLa del costo del prodotto.
Per l'estero non facciamo reso gratuito.
P.S.
Se per Lei essere ORGOGLIOSO DI ESSERE ITALIANO vuol dire essere offensivo allora le dirò che ne sono offensivamente FIERO

You ordered on Sunday March 17th and left for Hungary the following Monday, then the delivery times do not depend on us. There was also a failed delivery attempt and the Easter holidays. She ordered a shampoo and a conditioner with the same cap, one with a dispenser, one without... only the dispenser broke without any product leaking or anything else. We had kindly advised her that she could replace the cap or alternate it with other packaging. Her response was "ah I understand you are Italian." Well, we are PROUD of being so and to us it seemed like the most logical and economical solution for everyone.... but we are Italian.... still offering you the possibility of returning the product and reimbursing you for the cost of the product.
For foreign countries we do not do free returns.

Spazio Krizia from Beauty Hair Shop.

Received my order from Italy yesterday.
The packaging of the product was not plasticized and looks weathered?!
The product itself, on the other hand, is a very very pleasant surprise!
I have been looking for this eau de toilette from Spazio Krizia for a long time and I found it by chance at Beauty Hair Shop.
My order was handled well by Beauty Hair Shop and due to holidays it took a little longer to receive which is understandable.
All in all i’m pleased with my purchase and would order again at Beauty Hair Shop. 👍🏻😁

Great product, Fast delivery

Product is something I never seen but had to own and try. Worth every penny! I wish they could have sent me the roll on wax but because of international policy, I understood. Also the proxy was sent very quickly. Definitely will order from them again! Bravo!!

Unfortunately, on intercontinental flights, customs blocks liquid products, creating a lot of problems for us, we are trying to solve the problem at least for the wax. We are glad that you liked the product and that you believed in us. See you soon on our website :-)
