Bad is that it is very large, heavy and 'chunky'. Good is that it comes with a 10 year warranty and feels like a quality product.

Good quality product, all functions used so far works well and just have to see whether it lasts as long as it's predesseor which lasted 20 years. The only little problem was fitting the shelve.
Bought to replace a shower tower that had given almost 20years of service. First unit had a manufacturing defect, but replacement sent without quibble. On installation had problems with water flow. On recommendation from Big Bathroom, removed non-return valves from mixer inlets. Shower works great, rain--fall shower is great. Hand held is a nice bonus, really good for rinsing down shower cubicle. Reasons for only 4 stars. Issue with non-return valves not really covered in instructions. Instructions supplied are generic and not specific. Some assembly is required and this not covered. Overall, well pleased with the purchase. Customer service is excellent 👍
Delivered on time, excellent service
Great shower, very easy to fit. Unit came with a faulty thermostatic valve but was easy to swap out for a new one.
Looks elegant does exactly what it’s meant to do
It is exactly what we wanted
Great replacement
Perfect replacement for old one. Fitted in nicely and was easy. Works well and delivers water 💦 at a good rate. I did buy a shower rail so that we can raise and tilt the shower head. We are pleased and would recommend this unit.
Only recently fitted but impressed so far. A little noisier than I expected but overall a good product. Happy with service received.
