Bought to replace a similar model that never worked properly. This is lovely, robust and well worth the money we paid.

It's a chunky thing - maybe 5cm wider than it needs to be, but the length works for me as it needs to cover the feeder plumbing behind it. All the elements work fine but the hose attachment feeding out from the bottom of the unit seems a bit odd but works OK. The unit is designed to be located in a corner or on a flat wall and i like the rubber seal against the wall as in addition to preventing water getting behind the unit it also holds the unit firm against the wall stopping any sideways movement. Fitting was straightforward for the plumber as it replaced a similar type of unit. All in all, after a month of use we are really pleased.
This is our second Milano Baya. It is much admired by all that see it and especially those who use it.
Great shower, looks lovely, full drench shower head, great body jets, better than expected, easy to fit, fast easy delivery.
Well made easy to fit thank you
Lovely corner fitting shower had to adapt for our size cubicle. We changed the hand spray to a more sleeker head as the original produded to much into the space when showering.

Not had it long enough to comment on the shower. But the delivery and service was great, orders one day and it arrived the next
Good service. Bought for parents to replace the similar item. Easy to fit. Works well, they are pleased.
I bought this to replace a very similar model that was about 20 years old. The old one just unhooked from the bracket and the new one went on to the existing bracket. It all works perfectly.
Easy to fit as a replacement shower
