The toilet arrived on time and was very well packaged:) We only just got round to fitting it so heres our view. The toilet looks great and suits our home. We only gave it 4 stars for the following reason: The toilet seat was very plasticky and so we used the lovely wooden seat from our previous toilet. Unfortunately when the toilet seat is raised it knocks onto the flush handle. It appears this would have happened regardless of which seat we used. Also and more importantly, the flush is not powerful enough compared to our previous toilet. Were going to try it out for a couple of weeks to see if it performs as intended. If not we will need to invest in a more powerful alternative within the cistern which will cost us extra:( In Summary a lovely looking toilet but if you want a powerful flush you may need to consider other options. Lovely otherwise.
