Bluehost only supports the metric system

Bluehost only supports the metric system. You can't specify imperial measurements. The website is very confusing to build a new website but they do offer Live Support for a significant monthly fee. It seems like they are motivated to make the website extremely difficult to use so you have to pay for support or you can't publish your website. I would never choose Bluehost again. I wish I could get out of my annual contract with them.

Seven days for my service to work, support completely unhelpful.

Bluehost has taken seven days to connect my domain after I pointed nameservers. Their support team is the WORST support team I have ever interacted with in my career. Their responses often take 10+ minutes, they continuously quote the same scripted responses, and just generally don't seem to know what is going on. This last time, I was asked to wait for an email as they needed to look deeper into my issue, and that email just never came. Customer service and support are an absolute nightmare. I was even told there was an issue that was known and something had to be manually fixed. If it's known, why are you waiting for people to call/chat to your support team before it gets fixed??? Just give us a working product, please.

Save the time and headache and go with literally any other host. I have never had any of these issues anywhere else.

Yoast SEO Plugin

Today I was lucky enough to catch Leo as my assistant today. I had an issue with Yoast SEO Plugin, and after an extreme display of diligence Leo was able to fix my problem.

We alll hit it off perfectly as he has similar interest as we do. It was overall a very satisfying experience.

It was great experience

It was great experience . I called for a refund for auto renewal of a domain which we don't nor use. The phone call was answered by human representative, and the refund process was very quick, the repressive wa sho kind and quick, the whole process took les than 4 minutes. Easy FIVE stars.

I was not able to login to my website

I was not able to login to my website. The online chat was taking too long so I called customer service. They answered immediately and helped me get logged in quickly and stayed on while I made sure I was able to login going forward. Although not logging in was an user error, the representative was still very helpful, friendly, and we laughed together. Thank you Blue Host for a positive customer experience!

I was able to reach an "actual real"…

I was able to reach an "actual real" person! My Bluehost consultant was extremely helpful and took all the time I needed to walk me through the platform. This is the second phone call for help I have made to Bluehost and both times have been easy and productive!

Is the worst hosting

Bluehost is the worst hosting I've seen in my life, I paid for three years, used it for 6 months, the site went down and they couldn't restore it. They can't solve the problem, they don't refund the money. When you see the name Bluehost, run away. dfx.uuk.mybluehost.me – this is my main domain on Bluehost (so that Bluehost employees do not write that my review is anonymous).

Worst provider ever!

Worst provider ever!!

After 3 hours that I was working on my new website for a client bluehost decide to delete my account.

I open a chat for resolve the issue, they always told me that I was on the list with high priority and the issue will be resolved in less than few days, asked many times day by day pushing for the solution.
After 20 days nothing happened, still with no access for my clients website.

Really unbelievable! Please stay away from them!

Roxie made my day

Roxie made my day! I was ready for my website to go live, but did not know where the live button was located. After Roxie confirmed I was live indeed, I still needed to insert my landing page. I had a problem getting my password set…

I had a problem getting my password set up from the start, but Bluehost's service team was very quick to respond to my request for help. When I was finally able to finish set-up it was a fairly easy interface for this newbie to start creating her own website.

I’m going to be asking for a full…

I’m going to be asking for a full refund because everyone I spoke to assured me that once I paid for the service I would then see my options for a template that I could use…no one said I would have to pay 💰 a third party for a website template…which is not included. The free ones suck and this isn’t what I expected

I asked them to refund my contract…

I asked them to refund my contract money, when they insisted that they could not support my website, written in html code, because their staff has received training only in WordPress. Perhaps they should review this policy and either refuse to contract with ANYONE who doesn't use WordPress, or train some staff to offer supoort for creators of html websites.

Absolutely terrible experience from…

Absolutely terrible experience from beginning to end!
the charged me money for things that were never agreed upon renewal and they never sent an invoice or email to let me know I was being charged. When I found out they did not want to offer a refund. I insisted, they did issue a refund and a day after they charged me again!! argggghhh. Now im transferring my domain and I am having problem because the authrisation code they give seem to be invalid and they cant solve the issue. Told me already twice that somebody would contact me but of course nobody ever did..
Terrible customer service..not prepared..so frustrating! stay away from Bluehost!

Absolutely the worst customer support I have ever experienced. I am not sure if they don’t read the explanation of the problem or are just stuck with canned responses that don’t address the issue. I have spent hours going in circles. Would never do business with them.

I was really happy initially when I…

I was really happy initially when I found Bluehost and their customer support.

But they have login issue that have lasted a week. I'm starting to get worried by all the negative reviews I see too.

After my year, I will transfer all my domains and get a new card as it seems Bluehost seems to charge even after people cancel the service with them
