Joel was not understanding

Joel was not understanding, rude, did not want to hear my story how I was treated at my pre employment assessment at uniquephysio at Bankstown, I was treated very unprofessional, was made to lift 75KG which is madness. Unprofessional and no customer service skills at all

RED ALERT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…

I write this with an extreme Red Warning about this online company. Unlike the high street hassle free value. My experience cost me with no delivery and days wasted on the most unreliable delivery courier Hermes. But the customer service is a disgrace. I never have given such a warning. Do not lose your money this company will not refund or resolute. Please avoid at all costs.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

Ordered on the 25th August items needed for upcoming holiday used before had no problems. This time nothing has arrived sent two e-mails to bodycare2000.com no replies have tried phoning but just get automated voice saying "your call cannot be taken please do not leave a message" . I find this a disgusting way to treat any customer let alone a returning customer.

Fraudulent company-avoid!

I have used Bodycare 2000 in the past without any problems however I placed an order with them on 24th August, the money was taken from my credit card the next day but I still have not received my goods. I have e-mailed them and been told it would take 48 hours for them to reply because of the August Bank Holiday. That was over two weeks ago. I then e-mailed them again asking for either my goods to be delivered or my money refunded. No goods and no answer to date. Their website is now unavailable and I have now read reviews from others who had the same experience. I am now pursuing this with the credit card company as what they are doing is fraudulent. Actually I would give them a nil star rating but it's not possible to do this.

No response from Customer Services

A product I bought from Bodycare2000 was stolen in the mail - not their fault admittedly, however they dealt with it (or didn't deal with it!) very poorly. Despite writing to them several times over a couple of months I never got more than an automated response from them saying they would get back to me in 48 hours (which they never did). The only way I managed to get a refund was because I had fortunately bought the product on Paypal. I opened a claim with Paypal and when they also failed to get a response from them - they refunded me the money. Severe lack of any kind of customer service.

think company has gone into administration

Ordered from them many times before placed order beginning of September received confirmation but began to sense a problem normally takes two to three days for delivery and would have got email confiming but nothing then website constantly under maintenance now unavailable also phone number doesn't connect feel they have just taken my money!!!!

Terrible

Placed an order at end of August, chased, received email saying would take 48hrs to get back to me. Still waiting 2 weeks later. Website down, telephone number not working, emails now being ignored. Avoid this company !!

Terrible Service

I ordered from them on 26th August and money was taken the next day. To date products have not been received and have received no replies to my emails.
Have always received a good service from them in the past but the website is now down and from the other comments I'm also wondering if the company has gone into administration?

Worst compsny ever!

I never received my order, had to go through PayPal to retrieve my money. Customer service doesn't pick up the phone and does not respond to emails! I will never use this company again!

Dreadful customer service

I placed an order 21st August and it never arrived, yet the money has been taken! I have sent several emails and no reply from them whatsoever! I received confirmation of the order but no dispatch email, how can they justify taking the money if there is a problem with the company! Why are they not responding to emails!?? Absolutely disgusting!

Sure they have gone into administration

Same as other reviews - payment taken 26th August, chased on 1st and told busy over bank holiday. No further emails received despite chasing and website and Facebook offline
I will be contacting my bank to do a chargeback.
