Best quality and design, fast customer service

I will start off and say the quality of the clothing is phenomenal for the most part and it lasts for many washes except maybe some of the metal pieces. The fit is typically flattering. However sizing is not uniform sometimes among the same exact item. I bought a size M in the black V waist shorts twice and they fit differently. The shipping is the worst. These clothes are expensive for workout items and they charge more than enough money to work out better logistics on shipping. The excuse is always high volume and shipping delays. At this point it should just be a planned better because the same excuse constantly just shows a lack of foresight. It can take well over the 3 days processing they have listed on the website and that’s added to the actual shipping time. I have ordered from the company quite a bit over the past 1.5 years and the shipping and processing times are some of the worst I’ve seen. I think some brainstorming on shipping logistics and budgeting for that would benefit the company.

Nice leggings but not true to size. I
Ordered my usual size but leggings were very tight and small, not comfortable

Had to purchase another one size bigger than my normal size and they fit nicely.

Also some colors or not even close to what they look like on site.

Disappointed that if you want to return the items it is at your own expense.

These leggings are so comfortable and are the perfect fit for a bombshell babe! Definitely sizes are a lot smaller than before years back but are still my favorite line of leggings and bodysuits!

Well this is really hard for me to do as I don’t like to give negative feedback as this happens too much with not enough recognition. Nevertheless I’ve always praised Bombshell Sportswear on their customer service to everyone I come in contact with as we travel the United States for work and workout all over. I’m super disappointed as I received two different notifications through my app of the Valentine’s and Presidents Day sales. In which I caught the VD in time and was sent the code by BS this being said, I contacted them again about the same issue for the presidents Day sale with the result of them telling me I have enough reward credits to utilize and to go ahead use them. That the sale is over and they can’t honor the discount. Mind you I live in a area which has limited cell service and I was on my way home when this came in at 9pm which said don’t miss out on the President's Day Sale for 15% off. So when I got home to make a purchase I opened that for it to have disappeared again.
They then informed me that they only send these codes out to people that haven’t purchased from them in awhile. Which as no bearing as I received both offers and wasn’t given the offer code to utilize that had disappeared. I have been a very loyal and repeat customer for the past year and spend a ton of money with them. For them it would be easy to make a one time promo code for me but just say sorry the code expired already is bad customer service.

All this dose is causes them to loose out on revenue as I would be spending more then the offered discount anyways. Hence that’s why discounts are given so you spend more or a purchase is made from those who don’t make frequent purchases.

I am updating my review from a couple of days ago. I bought a pair of v back leggings for $92.07. They did rip on the butt shortly after putting them on ,and working out in them,but when I messaged customer service they were quick to resolve the issue ,and get a replacement pair sent so I am happy about that.

I really like all staff which one buy it . I recommend for everybody hundred percent
