Easy deposits/withdrawals and great liquidity. G and G portfolio has a lot of F rated loans.

I can only comment on the Go and Grow service as it's the only one I use on this platform.
I've been very happy with Bondora so far (after a year or so I think) - I really like how I can make fast deposits via debit card and the withdrawals only take a couple of days as well.
As the interest is capped at 6.75% you won't see huge returns here but I really love the liquidity and you can access your money at any time. If you have any spare cash that you don't need then this would be a perfect solution to add a few euros to your balance!
There are a large number of 'F' rated loans in the G and G portfolio and some people may see this as risky business. It's certainly worth keeping an eye on. Hopefully the portfolio can be rebalanced in a safer way in the future.
As things stand I'm happy and as Bondora have been around for quite a while now (since 2007/8 I think) they should have a profesional structure in place. It certainly seems like they will continue to be a good option for passive investors moving into 2020.

Go&Grow and Portfolio Manager are great for beginners

I like Go&Grow and Portfolio Manager features, they are both great for beginners, since you don't really have to do anything, add some money and watch as it grows.
The user interface is not very intuitive - it took me a while to find everything I need; and sometimes support takes a bit long to reply.

Bad support (or non existent) - No answer after 12 days (call on day 13 after trustpilot review was posted)

I recently sign up in bondora. Process went smoothly except for the fact that after id verification i found there is a typo in my personal data. Unfortunately I can not modify it on my own so i have contacted support to fix the typo. An easy task I'd say. After 12 days and at least 4 emails to support I still got NO answer from them, nothing.
My concern about Bondora at this point, if for such a small issue I get not response at all... how can i trust my savings to them? What would happen if i have a serious issue? In my opinion this is unacceptable.
UPDATE: After this review was set I got a call from Bondora. They have fixed the issue. Still, support needs to improve drastically to make this a 5 star platform, I have told them so during the call. In any case, I raise my evaluation from Bad to Poor until I further test it and have more facts to report on.
UPDATE 2: Reverting back my rating to BAD after reading your answer to my review. You clearly state: "Your initial mail request from 29.11 was replied by our support on 04.12.
Our team got in touch with you via phone call to find out more about your experience and on how we could improve.". Well, this is totally false, nobody contacted me, nor answered my request on 04.12. I want this to be very clear. I was contacted by phone on the 11.12, the day i wrote this review, no reply on the 04.12. Indeed the issue was fixed, but please, stick to the facts. I can provide the case details and all my emails to anyone interested. Very band Bondora Team, very bad.

Don’t use Auto-transfer.

Yeah, I’ve been a customer for 2 months. No problems so far, until I disabled auto-transfer.
24 days later, Bondora automatically subtracted 300 euro from my Visa card.
Even though the service had been discontinued,
Secondly, the money never appeared on my account. I’m now missing a full months worth of auto transfer. My last support attempt took days, at the time of writing. Let’s see what happens this time.

Edit. I took a chance and choose to re-enable auto-transfer, 1 hour later the money appeared on my Bondora account.
So now i've disabled it again AND removed my card from their site. Perhaps this is the only way to properly disable it.
