As always, the furniture is absolutely first class and the whole purchasing process is easy and personalised. You feel that you are the most valuable customer in world when dealing with the Brentham family company. I bought a Stressless swivel chair at a very good price and it was delivered by the effervescent Dan, a family member. Dan had seven deliveries that day all over the country and although mine was last, and he must have been quite exhausted, he was still full of enthusiasm, attention to detail and customer care. I cannot praise Dan enough and his family deserve massive praise. Thank you all.

I purchased the Gallery Direct Onda sideboard from Brentham Furniture and absolutely love it. The contemporary Italian design and the unique slatted wave pattern across the doors make it a real standout piece in the room. It’s incredibly well-made, solid, and provides a huge amount of practical storage. The service from the Brentham team was excellent from start to finish best of all they were cheapest among the retailers I checked, highly recommend them if you want quality furniture .

From Andy's friendly and helpful service on the day we visited the Ealing store to try out sofas, to the communication throughout the period in which the sofa was being made and delivered to the UK, to the invaluable assistance in lifting the sofa up three flights of stairs into my living room, it's been a pleasure to deal with Brenthams and I will proactively look for opportunities to buy from them again in the future.

I was given a time slot for the delivery, which arrived on time. Dan the driver was a lovely helpful guy and I would be very happy to use Brentham Furniture again.

Ordered a suite of Ercol bedroom furniture, some of which was available quickly, some of which had long lead times from the manufacturer.

As well as being a very good price, they were happy to split the order into seperate deliveries and were helpful arranging a convenient date.

What was also good was they answered their phones, always called back when promised and there wasn't a chatbot in sight. So much better dealing with a traditional family firm than the big chains.
