Bucherers Covent Garden…

I went into Bucherers Covent Garden store today to purchase a Rolex. I’m disabled and rely on a walking stick. The gentleman that opened the door for me was a true gent, he asked me to remove my cap (which I always do when entering indoors) and my sunglasses, no problem. The other members of staff, totally ignored me, the girls stood there chatting oblivious that I needed a member of staff to help me.
When a member of staff did acknowledge me (a Far Eastern male) I asked him about a Rolex Perpetual with the blue face, they are hard to get hold of, he sarcastically replied “I’m not a watchmaker”. Then I asked him about a Rolex submariner, he just pointed to the display.
I’m a very proud South Londoner and I have a very thick South London accent, the staff in the store where the snottiest and the most arrogant shop assistant that I have ever come across. I’ve just lost my wife, the last thing I needed today was snotty nosed staff looking down their noses at me!
When I purchased my Cartier from Watches Of Switzerland, I was treated like royalty. If this how Bucherers treats their disabled and customers who don’t speak with a stuck up accent shame on them! I will spend my money where it is appreciated, watches of Switzerland!

Bucherer Selfridges- great service from Linda

Had a very positive experience with Linda Asamgoah at Bucherer at Selfridges. Linda was exceptionally professional and very friendly. She was exemplary in her customer service delivery. She gave me time without making me feel rushed and engaged really well offering me sound advice and helping me choose a very special timepiece. She fully delivered and helped me achieve my wish of having a Rolex. Linda is a true asset to Bucherer and it is because of her outstanding customer service that has compelled me to write this review and recommend highly to visit her at Bucherer.

Blackmailed to buy jewellery

I spent a huge amount of money with the Selfridges branch but was then confronted by a member of the team at their Rolex boutique telling me I had to buy personal gifts for the manager and I had to buy jewellery I didn’t want otherwise I could t collect my watch.

Basically blackmailing me !!

This boutique does not reflect the Rolex brand and the two female assistants and the manager are running a private enterprise to boost their earnings.

Disappointed with the knitsbridge store…

Disappointed with the knitsbridge store at Hyde park London . I visited the branch 1 year ago to discuss purchasing a Rolex sea dweller . The salesman took my expression of interest and although you can never give a delivery date for Rolex , he did say there a major retailer and AD for Rolex in a prime location so May get one sooner than other stores . I have called them 2-3 times over the year but just get the same answer, we can’t tell you where you are on a list or when you may get one . Since I put my name down , 2 of my other colleagues have had a AD call them from goldsmiths and received theres . Deeply disappointed

Bucherer are truly a pleasure to deal with. The watch buying journey with Brice (over at Covent Garden) has been a beautiful one and I look forward to building upon my collection. Brice is an asset to the Bucherer brand.

I visited the shepard’s bush branch of…

I visited the shepard’s bush branch of bucherer and was very impressed with the level of service from the gentleman helping me to source a Rolex explorer 2 for my 50th.
Excellent customer service and a very nice range of jewellery and watches.
Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Tissot Chonograph - Lee from Selfridges

I dealt with Lee in Selfridges for the Tissot Chonograph that I purchased. Lee was very helpful throughout the process, even adjusting the links on the watch to ensure it fit perfectly. I'd highly recommend buying a watch from Lee. Thanks again!

My first watch purchase

My first watch purchase !
Was greeted by Felix Whos a sales assistant. Was very helpful and easy to speak to , delivered me the time piece which I was in search off which was a yacht master 18k oyster flex left as a very happy customer and would recommend new buyers to go have a speak with him !

Amazing experience at Knightsbridge Store

I visited the Knightsbridge store and had the pleasure of meeting the general manager Nafiur. All the staff were so friendly and amazing and I was able to walk out of the store with my ultimate dream watch. I have a very special watch but the experience of visiting the store and how I was treated has really made the watch even more special to me. Thank you Nafiur and all your colleagues.

Watch was tried on and she went through the operation of the watch and set the time and then put all the information together certificate receipts
Today Linda’s patients as been brilliant my card was declined and wasn’t sure if the reason Linda then said the best way forward was to call my bank which then authorised the payment cups of coffee and water one very patient lady today can’t thank her enough

Impeccable service

I have been a client of bucherer for a couple of years now and my grandfather before me. We were seen by Jean Louis the assistant manager at Bucherer Selfridges. I have to say the service was impeccable.
We were invited into a room where we discussed the watches from Rolex and what my preferable watches are. His knowledge of the brand and especially the new releases was impressive to say the least. His questions were discreet although I’m an existing Rolex customer and it was a breath of fresh air to see Bucherer and Jean Louis actively trying to sieve out the resellers.
We talked he understood what the brand means to me and the specific watch I was after.

I have to add that what impressed me the most was one of my first encounters with Jean Louis.
As I was stood talking to him a quite high profile TV presenter/football pundit for CBS walked in. He continued the conversation with myself as usual until the conversation came to a natural finish. I didn’t feel rushed.

As I walked out I could see that she knew him in the way she greeted him.
He was as pleasant with her as he was with me, his unwavering customer service was impeccable.

I bought a watch on line late Saturday, Arrived on Tuesday, Emailed in advance to inform me of FedEx timing, Spoken today to a charming young lady called Katie,very polite and professional.

Customer service at another level.

It's been nearly four years since my first visit to Bucherer Rolex. It's opened my eyes to what a level of personal service can be.
Every visit was so welcoming; all staff are extremely polite and helpful.
Joanna was attentive, welcoming from the first minute to where she got to almost know me like a psychiatrist and, with her knowledge and patience, guided me.
When I took my wife last year, she was also so impressed by her intelligence and knowledge in helping her choose her watch.

The best shopping experience I’ve ever had

The bucherer Rolex team in Selfridges, without fail, consistently provides the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. The whole team are welcoming, friendly and informative. Joanna over the years has gone above and beyond in creating a long lasting relationship which I dearly value. She has a knack for making you feel part of the Bucherer Family. I’m in the service hospitality industry and always refer to Joanna and her team as a standard to how we should treat our customers. I’ve even been comfortable enough to bring my 8year old daughter down a couple of times. I’m looking forward to marking her successes and milestones with visits to Bucherer.

Such a wonderful experience at Rolex…

We naturally tend to complain more than we compliment but I’d thought I should definitely take a few minutes to acknowledge the Rolex team at Selfridges. Such a wonderful experience every time. Nathan is a pleasure to deal with. Kind, client focused, patient and charming. Really does make the whole process of buying a watch so utterly special. Highly recommend this branch with a particular special mention to Nathan.

Waited 3+ month for a ring for our wedding

I ordered a ring for our wedding at Bucherer Selfridges London and waited for 3+ month now. They promised me many times to call me for the updates, but they rather never called back or said I need to wait for longer. Now they just ignore my call/text asking for updates. Just amazed how long they would need to make a ring, or they haven’t even started?

Impeccable Service

Volkan at Rolex was really helpful and he gave me ideas he thought would be good for the watches I told him I was looking to buy.

Unfortunately they were all exhibition watches, however he got me 3 different ones to try and told me the story and functions behind them all.

He was very informative which was really impressive and the funny thing was his style reminded me of the portrait man that was pictured behind him.

Will definitely be back for purchase when the selections become available.

1 Hyde Park Rolex team….simply the best!

An amazing experience visiting the one Hyde Park Rolex store. Met with Harish, Mary and other staff members who were all very knowledgeable and experienced. finally got to collect my dream watch that I have wanted for so long! Thank you guys along with Hoda Michael you have all been amazing and made my first Rolex purchase a memorable one!
