Can Solutions are a great company for business. They have been incredibly helpful in getting us the best mobile phone contracts and always on hand if we have a problem. Our Account Manger is Josh Broadgate and he is honestly spectacular at his job. Highly recommend.

Josh and Ellie have been a great help with both adding new lines to our contract, but also helping with roaming issues on our existing lines. Their customer service is fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

I chose CAN Solutions for our business mobile solution provider after much searching. They operate through Plan.com for their tariffs & network providers. I was not made aware of this third party during the quotation process. Plan.com were intially awful and the tariff was incorrectly billed from the very first month. It was not the tariff I had agreed or signed up to with CAN Solutions. However the adminstrative error was recitifed after a few months of email ping pong and CAN Solutions were very helpful in helping sort this out. Lots of my time wasted here which I never got back.
We have recently swithched from O2 to EE after experiencing very poor data coverage with O2 which I found very odd after being with O2 for many decades and having no coverage issues at all. The network switchover however was very straightfoward with help from CAN Solutions. Lawrence was most helpful.
My advice is ask if you are dealing direct with the outfit arranging the billing and their relationship with your network provider. Transparency was lacking here from the outset but I have to say that the CAN Solutions customer service is not bad and the portal from Plan.com for business is easy to use and has some useful features.

I've been with CAN solutions phone company for many years and have always had a great experience. The network coverage is reliable, the service is good value for money, and any time I've needed customer support, the staff have been helpful and professional. I've never had any major issues, and it's reassuring to know I can depend on them. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and would happily recommend them to others looking for a reliable mobile provider. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We migrated mobiles, VOIP and Fibre to them and have never looked back. I regularly get the same calls you do about moving and saving some money, and my answer is always "You can't beat CAN". I've had 1 issue (user error) in the last 3 years and their helpdesk fixed it within 2 hours and got me up and running again. Everything else has been smooth sailing. Having used the same business for my mobile phones for a good number of years, I’d always assumed I was getting the best service at the best price. Because of that, I’ve always been pretty sceptical about changing suppliers.

The port across to CAN happened exactly when I was told it would, making the switch completely seamless. Other than swapping the SIM card, there was literally nothing for me to do.

**No issues. No drama. No downtime.** All the fears I’d had about changing suppliers were put to bed in one morning.

I’ve now also been given access to the CAN portal, which is another game changer. Ironically, my previous supplier wasn’t even able to provide me with information on data usage or phone minutes used — not that I particularly wanted it, but it’s great to finally have that visibility!

For anyone who, like me, is nervous about changing something that already “works”, I’d genuinely recommend giving CAN Solutions a go.

I went into this expecting the usual hassle that comes with change. Instead, CAN have made my life **a little easier, given me more for my money, and saved me money at the same time.**
