Scammers
I am in Canada and have put a 40 k deposit on a machine I was told I would get a loan for. They double charged my bank after ‘losing’ my bank draft. Lied about everything then it took months on my cash to return the money. Now after horrible treatment from them they won’t give me a receipt. Don’t go with these guys. I’m about to lawyer up.

I was a customer of Ellipse Medical UK for 13 years.
The company was purchased by Syneron Candela in 2018, since Candela has taken over, the customer has been completely abandoned by this shambolic excuse of a medical company.
I’m being chased for payments that are not due, I have been left without my systems working for weeks in end. This company and its employees don’t have a clue about customers or customer service. The president of Europe (Robert Felix) is a joke, he does not reply to phone calls or emails. I have spoken to around 20 customers in the same position as me, I have reported the company to companies house and trading standards. These guys are sharks, conmen and scam artists, they take your money, and you don’t see them for dust. This company is unprofessional and unethical. Vote with your feet, and due your research, the number of angry customers is growing daily.
