So fed up never getting an answer, no appointments, cant reschedule within a month! phone rings off....
So fed up never getting an answer from this salon, even phoning on a Saturday you'd think someone would pick up a ringing phone. It expects everyone to use facebook! If you do get anyone to answer, there is absolutely no chance of getting an appointment new or rescheduled sooner than 6 weeks. It is unbelievable, understaffed, not enough appointments..no magazines, a sink tap that has been "needing fixed" for eons! It whines like a donkey if it is used. Its just unreliable, not being able to reschedule an appointment for weeks is just not helpful. Sort your staff ratio out Capelli, and maybe you'll have more customers and be able to answer the phone!
