Avoid if you might ever need an exchange
I was given an expensive jacket as a gift and asked to swap the size and colour. Their answer: no exchanges, not even for the same price. If I want the right one, I have to buy it again with my own money.
The only reason it's the wrong item is that one of their own team members pointed the customer to it. They made the mistake, and I'm the one expected to pay for it.
This is a brand that cares about shifting stock, not about keeping customers. A decent company would fix its own error. This one shrugs and points to policy.
