Size style colour exactly as described.. Sale priced rug seems reasonable value for money
but time will tell as not as thick a pile as I had hoped for. However I am content with my purchase as I love quality rugs !

I have ordered a big woolen rug 300cmx400cm and it was folded over and over and packed to a plastic bag. The edges of the folded carpet are damaged!
I am not shipping back the carpet because the damaged edges go under the sofa...
It is clear negligence to ship heavy rugs that way. At least you could ship a role.

Just received our carpets and so delighted. Years ago I would not have considered a man made fibre carpet but I ordered one for our hallway which gets a lot of use and was so pleased that I ordered two more for the sitting room. They look and feel great and arrived very quickly.

I love my carpet. I was a little concerned about the color since in photos sometimes it could look different. However, I am pleased with the right red shade of my carpet which complements my other two red ones that I already have. The carpet was quickly dispatched, but unfortunately FedEx did not deliver when it said that it would. Eventually I received my carpet 3 days later.
The reason for only 4 stars and not 5 is because my small carpet was packed folded and now there is a fold mark running in the middle of the carpet which I haven't figured out how to get rid of. Otherwise, it is a great quality carpet.
