I’ve had the best experience with the service and products. I received the dress in about two weeks after placing an order. I loved it but unfortunately they didn’t fit me. So I wrote them suggesting an exchange. However, it wasn’t needed. The staff were prompt and very helpful. They offered to send me another dress in the correct size for free. Thankfully, the other dress fits perfectly. Nevertheless, both are high quality for affordable price and just like in the picture on their site. I am more than satisfied with this experience. Highly recommend!

Worst service ever, I requested a return 10 days ago and up to this moment there’s no response or an action!

Great customer service great staff i experienced .When I placed my order, the order arrived, I noticed that it was completely different from what I imagined, and I asked them to return the order, but they, having a wonderful staff, offered me to keep the clothes and choose something else at that price, and they did not they asked me to collect the shipping money on my other order thank you very much for your kind attitude and during this time I had many questions they were always answering those questions great staff thank you.

I had to request to return the dress I ordered since I didn’t like how it looks on me . But they offered to send any dress I pick for free .
I just hope if they can post more videos or pictures for their clothes on instagram

The dress ordered was very good quality and exactly like the photos. The dress was a bit big and they offered to send a smaller size for free ( didn’t have to exchange the larger size as it would cost too much to send back) first experience from any company offering this service. Very impressed!

My dress arrived and the sizing is way off, the dress does not resemble the dress I ordered and no return address or any return information available. I have sent numerous emails and used the
Chat option on their website but still no reply! The dress was an expensive dress and an absolute disgrace, do not order from them!!

TERRIBLE! AVOID DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE! CLOTHES ARE CHEAPLY MADE AND LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE ITEMS ONLINE. JOKE OF A COMPANY. FOUR DRESSES ORDERED IN APRIL. ONE CAME AFTER A MONTH, TWO CAME AFTER TWO MONTHS AND LAST ONE TODAY. COURIER DIDN'T ATTEMPT DELIVERY WAS TAKEN STRAIGHT TO POST OFFICE FOR COLLECTION. ALL SUPPOSED TO BE SIZE MEDIUM BUT TOTALLY DIFFERENT. BAD QUALITY. CUSTONER SERVICE NO HELP. AVOID!

I ordered a dress and I went by their sizing chart but Upon arrival the dress was to big. I emailed their customer service and explained what had happened and asked for an exchange.
Whoever I spoke to was prompt in replying and said that they would be able to exchange it for me for the correct size. As I was responding to their email I received an email from them with my new order in the correct size. Then I received another email explaining that I could keep the ORIGINAL order as it would cost me to much to return.
I was so surprised at this all I can say is that this company is LEGIT and their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL I will DEFINITELY be ordering from here again.
