Cutting Edge Technology for Build & Design

Overall: Our build and design company is overall very satisfied with the software and the Cedreo team has been a pleasure to work with!

Pros: Cedreo is a very user friendly platform with exceptional features. Minamilst layout and not overly complicated and with minimal training, we have experienced a smooth transition from their former program Cedar Architect. We have been primarily using it for General Contracting and Interior Design but plan to use their new features for our Architectural Design projects. We love the new Blueprint feature for construction plans but anticipating a CAD format feature for our clients in the future. Would highly recommend for any Construction and or Interior and Architecual Design Firms entering the industry.

Cons: I would like to see additional library items as well as CAD format for Blueprints.

Feels like a new start up

The program is fine, but I cancelled my subscription before the end of the month, yet my credit card was charged again! Plus customer service moves at the speed of snails. I asked questions that were answered in 3 weeks.

It does all the graphics one would need…

It does all the graphics one would need to display an idea to a client. Easy. Effective. Must have. I especially enjoyed the auto-roofing option. It made a long story short, and did it with amazing lines.

Intuitive, a great interface and hundreds of possibilities. Flexible, precise and detailed. Customizable and limitless; you imagine it and Cedreo can render it.

Now the support I recieved:
I emailed a question which was responded to within the day. After a few more email exchanges the Cedreo rep and I spent two hours on the phone, during which I recieved his undivided attention, his patience and quite a lot more information than I originally requested. Truly the best product support in my 30 years as a computer user.

Professional plans

The software have provided me the ability to produce professional plans for our customers. The product is easy to learn so I was able to be up and running quickly.
