This is the absolute worst “professional” organisation I have ever had the misfortune to deal with
They are difficult to contact, rude, unhelpful, rarely reply to emails - I would never ever recommend anyone to have any association with them.
In fact - I had to check whether they were a real organisation as I started to feel like I had been scammed.
Dreadful place - and if this is what good governance is - companies are in serious trouble!

I studied the Level 4 Academy Governance Course. Little did we know but this was the first year for them to use a new learning platform which was very problematic throughout and even informed people they had passed when they had failed on results day! There was little guidance available on the assignment brief only a very short discussion early on. It appears that approximately one third of us failed the course, mainly due to the written assignment alone. This seems to be a massive downturn from the previous 5 years. Many of us have formally complained and are awaiting the outcome. The organisation have requested a further payment for us all to resubmit the exam. The experience has been disappointing to say the least!

They Mixed up my exam results this year!
