Amazing customer service

I absolutely love ChattyFeet!
The Virginia Wool socks are just wonderful — clever, beautifully made and full of character. The quality is great, the design is charming, and the delivery was surprisingly fast.
But what impressed me most was the customer service: so kind, responsive and genuinely helpful. They handled a small delivery issue with care and made sure everything turned out perfectly.
Thank you for being such a thoughtful and creative brand — these socks are more than a gift, they tell a story!

Great design, comfortable socks, they will keep your feet dancing. So "Let's Dance" defo 10 out of 10

My 6 year old says these socks are good. He finds them comfy and is a big fan of the design. We had to buy these in the size up as he outgrew his originals and was feeling sad about it! Also, the Chatty Feet team are incredibly helpful! I can't recommend them highly enough!

So far I have purchased my partner: David Sock-Knee, Basquiatoe, Eltoe John & Feet Mondrian. They're a winner every time. ✌️😁

I recently purchased a pair of socks from ChattyFeet as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I received an empty envelope from USPS a week prior to Christmas, but there was nothing on the envelope indicating it was from ChattyFeet. When I went online to check the status of my order, it indicated that it was delivered on the 14th and I realized that the empty envelope should have contained my socks. I contacted the company and they responded immediately that they would follow up USPS. All they asked for was a picture of the empty envelope. I went ahead and ordered another pair, since they weren't very expensive and didn't find any fault with ChattyFeet. The company wrote me back again and said they would refund my original order, which I did not think was necessary. My second order arrived on the date promised and I was very satisfied with the product. I let ChattyFeet know how pleased I was with how they handled the situation and that I would recommend doing business with them to anyone.

The socks are great, just as good, if not better, than the images on the website and good quality. We'll received by the recipients who they were gifts for. Due to the recent postal strikes it appeared that my order had been lost in the backlog of post and parcels, ChattyFeet did not hesitate to send a replacement order by courier so I received the socks by the date I needed them for. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Really great customer service. Fantastically unique socks & they made sure I got them in time to gift to someone abroad. Very happy :)

Not only are the socks good quality and fun but the customer service is the best I have ever come across. Would I recommend? Yes of course, first class company.

Amazing quality funny unique design for the 'Eltoe John' socks I bought for my cousin. Striking colours soft to touch and amazing fast delivery and 5 star communication. Can’t fault!

Bought my friend the David Towie socks as she's a massive fan and seriously needed a bit of fun and happiness right now. She LOVES them so, mission accomplished! I also had to change the address to where they were going and the customer service was excellent and thoroughly helpful. 👍👍

I received the Shakespeare socks as a gift. They have worn really well and lasted so well that I have just ordered the Jane austoe ones as gifts for friends. Highly recommend

Was excited to get a pair of Shakespeare socks and the design is nice and colourful. However, after 1 wear (only a few hours really) the bottom had already frayed quite a bit with long bits of frayed sock coming off Shakespeare’s eyes etc. Whilst it gives him some eyelashes I suppose, it makes me wonder what they’ll be like in a few wears time.

Though the quality is good and the price is reasonable enough,there's a little problem with the delivery because it took longer than I expected to arrive

From my girlfriend they are the best socks I’ve ever owned super soft and amazingly comfortable
I keep them just for special occasions as I love them so much definitely would recommend These guys

After buying it as a gift to a friend, got a bit jealous and started by two pairs for myself, became hooked and today finalised the collection, man and female :) and never really been a collector kind of person!
so much fun really uplifts my mood in the mornings!

Chattyfeet has become our favourite gift for nephews, nieces and friends' kids and they love it! And parents thank us not only because they are funny but also for the quality of the cotton, when you have to wash kids clothing that often is a real plus!

I've been following Chattyfeet for a couple of years now. While their original collection was creative and fresh, it lacked diversity. They were quick to respond to the growing demand and upgraded their offerings and now have much more diverse designs for pretty much everyone.
