failure to ship safely and correctly False statements
failure to ship correctly. inability of vendor to properly package an label , this has been sloppy done to others purchasers , an without our my knowledge a demand for signature , sellers states. it's clearly in ad , that's fake news ,if could id include pic of ad , blaming FedEx is another falsehood ,
failure to properly ship an still haven't received 30 APRIL 2025 orders placed over three weeks prior ,
this shipper seller is a pure dishonest seller , there was no missing info on box , an I had to physically track down FedEx. truck driver at Galo glass here in Modesto , this seller trys to state he is innocent an firth wright , these are falsehoods , I have lost four days wating to receive this package an he never made it clear signature was required as Again I have original info and ad No where stating signature is required ,
No phone number is listed from John so again he is spewing false statements , John is proficient at deflecting blame as he is skilled as you can read what others state an John reply is rubber stamped , today date 6 MAY 2025
one last issue. id over charging for this refrigerant as my local wholesalers never charge this amount ! I thought this was a true honest guy , , I will check current local. an avoid people like John an destroy my well being ! As a licensed contractor for over forty five years an certified EPA since that rule came out around 1986,

I'm really struggling with this one, since you chose to put this in a review rather than contacting us. its hard to make sense of this review other than the purchaser seems to be very angry.
Failure to ship correctly? Packed wrong, how can you say that if you don't have the package? Seems upset that it was shipped properly with all Hazmat paperwork and adult signature required. We do this every day. This order was shipped the same day it was ordered by FedEx with correct paperwork inside standard FedEx label envelope. Apparently FedEx damaged the barcode and had to replace it resulting a a day delay.
Nearly all refrigerant is considered Dangerous Goods and adult signature is REQUIRED for delivery. Sorry you were having such a bad day you felt that you needed to give us a one start review without even contacting us, because you didn't read (or like) the terms that are clearly stated on the web site.

I found Chiller City Corporation after searching for HVAC refrigerants online. They had a good selection and very good prices. The ordering process was easy and my order was shipped quickly. The package was well packed and was delivered right to my door without any problem. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.
