Well done guys

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Booked a 12 seater mini bus over the phone for a double family holiday transport, was asked age and if had a D1 on license

(all licenses have a D1) wasn't asked on the phone if this was a dated D1

Went to collect mini bus 2 days before was due to travel, when arriving was told that the 12 seater bus we was having hadn't arrived back and needed to wait. Was left waiting 2 and half hours to then be told that would have to have a 17 seater mini bus( this had to be jump started) and was asked for paperwork to be checked,to then be told that I needed a dated D1 (again this wasn't asked at the time of booking)

Was told couldn't have any money back but was given deposit back. Was told to ring back on the Friday to see if they was able to rent the mini bus out ( didn't state if they was trying to rent the 12 seater or the 17 seater out) and would receive our £710 Hire charge back. Rang back on the Friday (30th may) to be told they was unable to rent our mini bus out ,this I find very very hard to believe has when I was sat waiting for the mini bus there was plenty phonecalls asking if they had any availability for the week ahead.

I've never known a more shocking company to deal with who keeps the full hire money when it was their mistake for not explaining that you should have a date D1

What can I say.Though not a national company but local company; they were professional and courteous especially Katie, Warren and Tony the owner.
The price was very competitive and everything explained and stress free rental unlike Green Motions.
Just stay clear of Green Motions and go for this company if you don't want to get ripped off and you won't go wrong.
