Bad experience with Co-op Legal Services.
My partner and I took out a will with Co-op legal services. This was done over a video call and the advisor was helpful and made it easy.
He then advised us to take out an LPA (lasting power of eterny) with them, and said it was easy to set up but this would have to be done by letters sent through the post not on a video call as people you need as your LPA's would need to fill out and sign forms.
We completed all the forms required and they kept sending forms back saying that some have been filled out incorrectly. They would say which sections were incorrect and advised how to correct them.
We did what was requested and sent them back.
A few weeks later a different set would be returned stating the same thing, so these were then filled in again and returned.
This has now been going on for over 18 months and they still keep returning the same forms over and over. We have filled out the forms exactly as requested by them but still they return them.
If I had not paid upfront for this service I would of cancelled and gone elsewhere.
This had proved to be expensive £1400 for 2 people.
I have since learned after speaking to some family members that they had done there wills and LPA with a local solicitor for less than £200 + the £92 for the government Public of guardian and they had completed there's in less than 2 months.
So my advice is stay clear of Co-op legal services and use a local solicitor.

Brilliant company and first class consultant
My wife and I had wills that dated back to 1992 so thought it would be sensible to update and also sort out power of attorney documents. A team's meeting was arranged and I must admit that 19.00 hour's would probably be difficult but was not a problem. Our consultant Nigel Prior was fantastic and actually advised us on many problems that we hadn't even considered. What a great guy who made the whloe experience believe it or not great fun. I highly recommend the CO OP for wills and power of attorney as they seem very knowledgeable about all aspects.

Everything straight forward, form sent prior to telephone appointment which was a great help during the appointment.
