I placed an order with C.P. Company in early February 2025, paying nearly £1,600. Due to customs clearance issues, I never received the package. It was confirmed returned to their warehouse on March 4, 2025, but I still have not received my refund despite countless follow-ups.
Their customer service is unresponsive and only provides vague reassurances without real progress. After waiting for nearly two months, I had only to file a dispute with my bank to try to recover my money.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. If you care about your money, avoid this company at all costs.
