Terrible never received email to verify my order never received email on tracking information never received email in purchase. Never even received my order lol but they dam sure took my money I email them about 20 times and nothing no number to call for information just all around terrible.

Wrong delivery

I received someone else's order from France, I'm from Germany. I found this lady on Facebook because surprisingly when I wrote her name from the envelope I've found her account who matched everything. I told her that I received her order and she told me she hasn't received anything yet, we hope she'll receive my order so we can swap between us since Crazy Factory Support doesn't bother with anything. Sent an email to them 9 hours ago, can someone from Support help me get my stuff? I paid, can you ship my stuff, not someone else's? What do I have to do? Also, this was a Christmas gift for a close friend. Thank you for ruining it.. Can you assist me here since via email it takes ages? Can I still get my stuff since I payed for them? Or can you give me my money back?

Disappointing.

I ordered from this online store two weeks ago and the order is still not here. (Europe). I am quite disappointed, to be honest. I'm still waiting, but never again will I order from this place. That's too bad really, losing customers mainly due to shipping issues. Some change needs to be made as soon as possible.
Edit 1: FYI, this is such a disappointing event as Christmas is really close and I really needed those items.
Edit 2: December 15th. The order is still not here.
Edit 3: December 20th. The order is still NOT here. I have emailed them and each time all I hear is "it will arrive in the next few days". How do 4-7 days turn to 20+ days? Come on. All I can do now is pray that it MIGHT arrive before Christmas.

Embarrassing.

If I could put one star, I would surely do it.
I'm so disappointed right now because I ordered some plugs and spirals, in total six products and I didn't receive them yet. Two weeks have passed.
Also I sent two emails to the customer service (if you like to call it that way because it's useless) and I got no response.
4 to 7 days? You are kidding me. I will not order ever again from this site if they don't give me a proper explanation about the delay of my products. I wasted my money.
