I take my 6 year old and 10 year old grandchildren to Crazy Tykes most weekends as I think it's the best soft play centre. It is well worth the money for the time alloted, which is much longer than most. The facilities are great, including indoor and outdoor equipment. Not only is there a soft play but also lots of tubes and slides, a football/netball/basketball area, shooting ball area, large interactive floor game, under 3's area, outdoor area with lots of climbing aparatus, swing, slide, and smaller toys for younger children. So the kids never get bored. There's also plenty of seating inside and lots outside too so you can supervise your kids in comfort.
My granddaughter has had a birthday party here too, she loved it. It went down well with the other kids and parents too. Crazy Tykes also have their own events and do build a bear, face painting and glitter tattoos. My grandchildren have most designs of the build a bear between them!
You don't see the staff stood about ignoring customers and chatting here. They are constantly tending the tables, running the parties and cleaning up. The staff are also really friendly, professional and polite. Danielle, the manager, goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a good experience, and that everything runs smoothly.
The menu is good and not over priced. Food and drinks get to the table quickly and are never left about to get cold. There are choices for babies, children and adults. They also do lots of hot and cold drinks, chocolate, cakes, crisps, ice creams and sweets etc.
The place itself is very clean and tidy.

My kids are 3 and 6. We’ve been going to Crazy Tykes for the last two years. Good variety of indoor and outdoor play equipment. The staff work hard to keep it clean. There’s a decent variety of food on offer for all ages. Would highly recommend.

We visited Crazy Tykes after being invited to a birthday party there. The equipment and party was fine but the attitude of the staff was appalling. We asked fair and reasonable questions and was met with a supercilious and rude tone. They are happy to take your money and run. They clearly do not value good customer service or repeat business. We will not visit again or recommend to anyone.
