I have just purchased Mortar Joint Replacement Heads. First of all the service was first class immediate confirmation and delivered quickly.
Then the heads and the paving brush are excellent. I have tried many such products over the years but these out perform all of them and are easy to use at a very good price and in my experience are better than some that are more expensive.

Your Nano gel tape is the most useless product I have ever bought!

The video of how strong this product is, Is completely false! Utterly useless! False advertising like thisbis illegal.

Bought the treat ball at a local garden centre. My dog is obsessed with it (ignores the kibble that falls out which is very unusual for her!)

I have been so impressed with the customer service - we bought a product several years ago and I couldn’t figure out how to recharge the battery. Not only did they spend time trying to help me but when it didn’t work they sent me a replacement product! Very impressed, would highly recommend.

This bird feeder was advertised as deterring starlings. I filled it up and within a day all the food had been taken by starlings. This works out as a very expensive feeder. I left a review on their site but funnily enough it wasn't published nor did I receive any feedback.

Bought a single solar bottle light as a test to see if they were OK before potentially ordering more. Worked for 48 hours. Won't be reordering.

We have tried a fast cut wrapping paper cutter. What a waste of money. It only ripped the paper. Don’t ever buy one.

Grill Mesh, more Grill Mess
Thought this would be a good idea, but after only 4 cooks the "mesh" is disintegrating.
Uded on a gas barbecue, never more than ~210C, washed after each use in warm soapy water, the square meshes are becoming baggy and distorted.
Wouldn't recmmend to anyone

Bought a hose just over a year ago which developed a fault on 1st use this year. Took it back to original shop but as it was over 12 months since purchase they would not exchange it. Contacted Creative Products customer service who replaced the whole item with no quibbles and promptly.
It is great to receive such good customer service.

This is a big shout out for the cool touch Ice Towel. It retails at £6.99 The size of the towel is 100cm X 30cm. Its a perfect size, not too big and very manageable. I have used this during the recent heatwave, both at home and in a very hot car journey.🥵

Rinse this under a cold tap, squeeze out the excess water and shake the towel for 5 - 10 seconds. This shaking distributes the water particles throughout the cloth. It is ice cold. As if you had put it into the fridge for an hour... AMAZING. It will stay cool for up to 2 hours. If you want it really ice cold, then just keep putting it under the cold tap, squeeze and shake. Its that simple.

Can be used as a cooling head band, scarf and head wrap. Anyone with a bald head during this heatwave would love this! 👨‍🦲 Would be ideal for bringing down some ones temperature, when ill. Also, especially good for cooling down babies, children and the very frail and old. If you are into running or jogging, you could wrap this around your neck to keep cool. I should imagine it would be soothing for headaches and migraines too. So many uses for this ice towel.

I took it in the car with me. It stayed cool and I could make it ice cold again, by simply hanging it out of the window, as we drove! It immediately cooled by a few degrees in the breeze...again AMAZING and of course, its what us menopausal women 🥵 have been waiting for. If you tried to take mine away from me now... there's a serious chance that one of us would end up dead!! 💀

You could take this cloth out with you, as it fits neatly into any bag. Whether you`re going to work, shopping or generally out and about and know that you can easily rinse it out somewhere and your good to go.

Bought their 'Dickie Birds' fat ball garlands - 6 plastic balls that open to put fat balls in for birds. They can be hung singly or linked together. In less than a day one pair was on the ground, with the locking pin broken and one globe open, and the fat ball missing. A little while later another pair was being investigated by a grey squirrel and the globe broken open, and the fat ball gone. Clearly not fit for purpose. Two polite emails asking for a refund were unanswered.

I had a problem with a product that was bought a year ago. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a new one with no quibble. You really can't get better customer service than this. Exceptional.

Bought a set of 4 plastic covers wish I hadn’t bothered. I tried to cover a dish with them as advertised after a lot of struggling the cover just curled up and came off . Don’t waste your money on these products . I certainly won’t be buying from this company again.

Extremely poor customer service. I brought the push and fix fittings having seen their impressive video and claims that it sticks to any surface!
Both fixings in the pack fell off my door causing my new Christmas wreath to break. They then used a poor excuse that the surface (my internal door) wasn’t a flat surface! They also suggested I try hanging the wreath on a tiled surface. I’m not sure if they think that hanging a wreath in a bathroom or kitchen is normal?!
They refused to pay for my broken wreath and offered to send me new push and fix pack. Again I’m not sure why they would want other things in my house to break.
Just FYI if you want your belongings to remain in one place and not on the floor, don’t buy from creative products :)

Bought the Dead head snipper - snapped at first use
And the mighty little digger - fork warped on clearing loose soil!
Waste of money - worse than toys!
