I rang Danbro a week before I was paid…
I rang Danbro a week before I was paid to ask again if my hourly rate was the same as the email sent to me by the agency - This email did not state an umbrella rate at all, I was assured that my hourly rate was £19.96 but only when I was paid I then saw all the deductions. I do blame the
Agency who also hired me but Danbro also wasn’t honest when I rang to ask what my take home pay was before I was paid in working in my assignment.

Didn’t put my timesheet through on time even though it was sent at the beginning but of the week.
Even failed to put an emergency payment through.
Fobbed off constantly all day.

I had to chase my pay every Friday and…
I had to chase my pay every Friday and my agency did too. Didn’t pay me till 7pm most weeks and didn’t pay me Friday and still haven’t today. I am happy this is my last week with this umbrella company worst iv been with.

Danbro have been spot on as an umbrella for me.
Danbro have been easy to work with and have been helpful every step of the way. Their costs are some of the best, added to the quality of service make them a fist choice consideration.

Looks like a competent company!
I have just joined Danbro for a three-month contract and am very happy with the terms offered and the initial onboarding process with helpful people on the phone and not too many different documents to sign.
