I’ve ordered from this company twice and both times I’ve had issues with shipping.
I’ve ordered from this company twice now. The first time I purchased two items, the items were shipped separately and I only received one item. I contacted the company about a refund but they never responded back. I decided to try them again, thinking maybe the last time was a fluke. I purchased my item on the website 10/18/23. I contacted the company on 10/31 and they stated the item was out of stock when I ordered it but was shipping that day. I was provided a tracking number and when attempting to track the item today 11/8 it still says “USPS is awaiting package.” This will be the final time I ever purchase from this company. They really need to communicate better and let their clients know when an item will actually be shipped.

Read the many reviews about poor shipping first. Poor and unprofessional customer service.
Zero communication from any platform (emailed and sent Instagram messages to no avail). My order took almost 3 weeks to arrive and it is missing half of what I ordered!
Update Nov 15th: second half of order arrived after almost a month. Owner reached out which I appreciate, however ettiequte was poor (emailed filled with “lol” and emojis”). Owner told me the item was “shipped and in my city” which was not true. The shipping label had not even been created yet… I would have just appreciated upfront telling me there was a screwup and half the order didn’t ship. I realize these things happen but the handling of it was poor experience.

My order was never shipped. Found them on instagram and decided to order.i reached out after over a week to see when my order would ship. I got a response saying they were sorry that my order was delayed and had been shipped. Although only a shipping label had been created and usps has still not received my package. I have reached out multiple times through email and even tried to reach out right though instagram with no response. Terrible choice on my part for trusting an ad on instagram. 10/10 don’t order from this company. I now have to dispute this with my back to get my money back.

I never got my order nor received any actual solution. I wrote a review here, nothing! But I keep on receiving spam via email which is deeply frustrating, I replied and guess what? Still nothing
UPDATE
On October 4th, they contacted me, offering a reshipment. They shared info that the package did arrive A YEAR later (I cannot confirm nor deny since I moved from that continent 10m ago!) But after several emails I agreed on the re shipment which arrived on 10/23 after less than 2 weeks of being processed and sent to the country I’m living in currently. I’m updating the rating to a 3. Because even though I value the fact that the replacement was sent it took more than a year to arrive. So (1+5)/2 = 3

Long story short: I’m satisfied
After purchasing I read reviews and became nervous I would regret the order because my tracking number appeared to be fake. I email company and heard back immediately that item was being restocked. New Tracking number worked and I had my purchase within a month or so of ordering. For $50 it’s not a bad product.

It’s worth it!!
Ordering online these days can be a lot especially if you’re unsure about the site but when I was in doubt I reached out and they reassured me my package was on the way sent me the information that I needed and shortly after my package arrived and I loved it!! It was exact what I ordered nothing damaged and great quality definitely ordering a lot more soon and plus the prices of their products are pretty good compared to others especially for a product of quality so this is one of my top stores!! Just a heads up if you live in the US it does take a bit of time for me it was about 3 1/2 weeks but well worth it!!
