Thieves!!!

First, they lost a very expensive machine that was inside of a box, funny enough nothing else was missing apart from that machine. This happened on 13th of May, we are now on 13th of September and I am still waiting for my reimbursement. When I asked them how long that will take, they couldn’t give me a date. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Worst company ever...for the second…

Worst company ever...for the second time they messed up my delivery... I ordered 22.4. but had a Problem with the email in my profile. Contact was not possible.. phone no answer, Facebook no answer emails late answer...after many emails a tentative date 19.5. for a pickup in Cascais for Almada...still the box is not picked up... I could have walked there in the meantime...my customer is angry for failure to deliver....please do not use this company ever. After my first experience I should have left it.... I want my money back. I am abroad otherwise I would drive to Almada myself.

Avoid as it unprofessional scam

Avoid as it unprofessional scam!
I was waiting for a parcel from Cacer to Faro
With one day delivery.
After 19 days I can see that change status to return for other reasons,
No contact nothing.
W is in lockdown and I'm at home all the time, no was trying to deliver it.

Worst customer service I've ever…

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life.

Wouldn't release my parcel till I paid a fee and then have held it for a over a month despite me sending my proof of payment 4 weeks ago. I still haven't received my parcel back and it's impossible to speak to anybody over the phone.

Unfortunately I'm waiting for a package…

Unfortunately I'm waiting for a package that should have arrived on the 16th September and until now, nothing. I definitely not recommend delnext, since they don't even answer the phones and the replies to our emails are insufficient (it almost seems like a automatic reply). I had extra costs now because I didn't received the order when planned, so I had to buy things in advance already and all I want now is an answer.

I ordered an item from Bodum

I ordered an item from Bodum, to be delivered to my PO box in our nearest town. It is rare that anyone will deliver to a house in the campo in Spain. I was surprised that Delnext had tried to deliver at 17.06 on a Saturday as it would be closed in the afternoon even beflre the pandemic began. When I was advised that they couldn't deliver I chose another day and pointed out, in their 50 characters allowed, that it was a post office and they opened only in the morning. Now I find, by looking on the thread as they have not directly contacted me again, that they still cannot deliver and the address is incomplete. I did not originally put the road in the address as there is only one post office in each town and all post office boxes are...in the post office....How is this difficult?
I hope Delnext manage to arrive very soon with my packet or they go onto my black list.

Delnext fail in Portugal.

I ordered pills from Zumub. They sent them by Delnext. This was over two weeks ago. When Delnext first failed, I sent them my phone number, so the driver could contact me. Nothing happened. I contacted Zumub, and have been in frequent contact with them. I sent them a local map, with directions, a photo of the adress on a utility bill, and my phone number. They said the passed these details on to Delnext, But Delnext continued to fail.
The following week, Delnext's tracker page changed to mark all attempts at delivery as 'not known at this address'. Now, after the first 'not known' it seems pointless to continue to try delivery there.
So, I cannot recommend these people in Portugal, and wish there was something less than one star for the experience.
