Untrustworthy Thieves

I purchased some walking boots for £117.88 they were too small, so I decided to send them back, I chose the courier service whereby you ďeducted £22.32 for this service ( administration)!
So on the 3rd December, your courier was booked between 10am and 5pm, no one came, even though you have my number, please give me my money back that you stole from me.
Your reply was 7th Dec, quote "if the transport company is not complying with the dates, we will claim it to them & do everything in our hands to get it solved"
Today is 16th December, my issue is with you not them, a good company would apologise & take ownership give me my administration money back, & I'll pay for my own courier. You are Untrustworthy & Thieves, I paid for a service but got nothing! Shame on you!

Warranty handling

I bought a new twonav GPS. It has several defects that were even acknowledged by twonav. Obviously these cannot be fixed but Deporvillage refuses to replace the device. I simply get no answer.
Never again - don't use this shop.

I placed an order for trainers yesterday and paid £15 for express delivery. Website stated that I would receive them by Monday 13th latest. I emailed as I was worried with these reviews to say they are for my sons Christmas party and if there not here by Thursday 16th cancel my order. She emailed back and said they are ready but arnt dispatched and I won't receive them until Tues the 21st... I said cancel my order then.
Don't charge extortionate express delivery when there's nothing express about it. Please cancel my order and refund me or im opening a dispute with PayPal. They will be returned anyone so please save us both time

I have purchased an Ale cycling top and returned it back as it was to small. I have checked with my tracking and the item was delivered and signed for in Spain. After sending several emails regarding my refund I haven’t heard from this company and looks like I’ve lost my money.

I bought a H/H at €119 jacket and it's not fitting me properly because when I did my order you advised that I take a size less by -1 so had to place Medium instead of Large as my order but it that does not fit me well and now need to change to large. Have been charged €25 as administration fee, may I know how much will i pay more to change to Large size. BUKHOSI

Extremely dissatisfy with product

Extremely dissatisfy with product! I bought a pair of Adidas leggings and NO WAY this is an original one! I am 100%sure this a counterfeit! I always buy my sports products from the websites such as Adidas, Nikeetc. However because my size was out of stock I bought it from this website! I won’t be buying again!

Buyer be aware that this company…

Buyer be aware that this company charges £7.99 for delivery. Regardless of size or weight. No other options available. When speaking with customer services they basically said that's the price. Product was a small wrist band.
Making a profit of postage is disgraceful. Wont be ordering.

Never shopping here again!

Terrible customer service, made my first order, I was reluctant to do this because of all the negative reviews but thought I would risk it, then the day after I ordered they reduced the price, I asked them if they would refund the difference but they weren’t interested, wish I had ordered from elsewhere!

Hi, I sent a message yesterday about the order I placed on the 14th of November, and was supposed to receive on the 18th after I got an email saying order dispatched. I called the courier yesterday and gave them the tracking number I was given , but they do not have this package.

There's no update regarding the…

There's no update regarding the delivery of my order. After placing the order, they sent me an email saying they need to move the date to November 9 as expected date that i will receive the item. I have sent emails and messaged them through their social media accounts but no answer. Customer care is no help. I felt deceived. Worst online store i have dealt with so far.

Shocking customer service

Again that is not how an exhange works this is a full return and refund as when I place the new order you will take another payment. When a retailer exhanges they dont xharge you the full transaction they deduct it from the orginial payement so again your exhange policy is not valid and doesnt exsist from what you have just said how can placing a new order count as a exchange-Your response still doesn't answer the question as to why your website states exchanges -Shocking customer service, The website claims they do exchanges however when trying to do one they then mention they cant process a straight exchange and then ask me to pay £22 to return the item on top of the £12 I have already paid for the item to be delivered and place a new order charging me another £12 for delivery. The website should not be claiming you do exchange's end off as that is misleading and as far as being competitive on pricing after all these fee's you work out more than any of your competitor's. The aftersales team is shocking to say the least worked in sales most of my professional life and would think I would have been sacked if I treated my customers this way. Stop misleading customers and actually fix your size chart. Please make it clear to customer that you will also not help them in the case of returns and state the fee's to make it fair as you wont help us if we have any problems after the order

There is the option to do an exchange, but it is done by, first, returning the item, and also placing a new order. This is clear on the returns policy. If you think it leads to confusion we will take a look into that to make it clearer.

Great service and great product

Ordered a north face 3 in 1 jacket which was substantially cheaper than anywhere else. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering when I read some of the reviews but these fears were totally unfounded. The whole experience was very easy and the tracking of the parcel was excellent, in fact the jacket arrived 24 hours early via parcel force on the uk side. I already have an old version of the jacket so knew the sizing should be correct, the jacket is just what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier.
Sorry for the few people who’ve had issues but I will happily use deporvillage again in the future and will confidently recommend them.

Customer service useless.

Bought a pair of shimano mountain bike boots november 2019. Developed a fault 10 months later so attempted to contact deportvillage by email. 3 failed attempts, my emails bounced back to me. Rang them and a guy answered and said he would email me and I could email complaint back to his email address. He never sent me the email. Have rang them 4 times since they never answer. What a joke. Despite all the negative reviews, I'm pretty pleased!

Despite all the negative reviews, I found my experience to be quite pleasant. Took a while for the product to be dispatched from the warehouse over a week (mainly because of the availability of the product from the supplier), but as soon as it was availabl, the shipping was super quick to arrive to Australia DHL.
Deporvillage are very competitive with prices for biking goods compared to other sites around, but communication isn't their best asset.

I bought a Brooks B17 saddle and saddle bag recently. It was shipped from England to Australia and came in a timely manner. Very happy with the purchase and buying experience. 5 stars!

Scam

Ordered a bike that was suppose to be delivered within 48 hours - three weeks, four phone calls and numerous emails later still nothing. This company is a scam, absolutely avoid.
