Like the efficiency with ordering and fulfilment when parts are in stock. Delivery service is beyond any complaint.
Do not like the interface, organisation of parts and process of ordering. Would like to point towards the ease of ordering on Rose Passion as a comparison.
Stock inventory is also shown clearly.
Shopping lists feature is helpful multiple order projects, but can be hard to understand how to move from list to list.

Not a good experience
Ordered a brake light switch for my Boxster 987. Ordered a “CE Match” item as described as OE Quality. Paid a high price as the delivery cost plus vat took the total over £23.00. Wouldn’t complain as delivered in time but the quality of the part was at best poor. The self adjusting plunger was fixed solid and not able to move causing it to fail and fall apart immediately. Contacted seller within 12 hours to inform them but looking at their returns policy I would be expected to pay all delivery costs and the part would then have to be sent back to the manufacturer to investigate. The reply from their advisor “Dean”was to apologise and to offer a goodwill discount on next purchase. No good to me as I needed the part immediately as the car was booked for MOT. After quick search was able to source a Lucus switch of far superior quality for less than half the price which works fine. So my advise would be to read the small print and see if other suppliers could be more competitive, especially on delivery costs. I generously gave a 2 star experience as they did at least bother to return my email Not a good customer experience from Design 911…
