You all have been great. Only had one problem that was not your fault because one of my orders was not received but showed delivered. I called and had a replacement it no time. Alternate to Optavia Diet - - at half the price!

Everything was not packaged together by flavor and just loosely thrown in a box so I have to dig through different flavor chip bags to find different flavor granola. Everything tastes great.

Those particular products do not come in boxes, as we have found that causes damage to the snacks themselves. This is why they are placed at the top of the box with packing materials under them. This way, they have additional padding and it reduces the chances of them arriving damaged.
