Since signing up I’ve spoken to Vlad on the two occasions I’ve called and he’s absolutely excellent. He takes the time to listen to what you’re saying and then answers everything in depth and answers absolutely everything you’ve asked. I’ve only just signed up for their broadband so I don’t have much experience with the company as a whole yet, but Vlad made the whole signing up process and setting up process so easy and understandable. I can only hope that the company as a whole is as good as this one employee.
