Since signing up I’ve spoken to Vlad on…

Since signing up I’ve spoken to Vlad on the two occasions I’ve called and he’s absolutely excellent. He takes the time to listen to what you’re saying and then answers everything in depth and answers absolutely everything you’ve asked. I’ve only just signed up for their broadband so I don’t have much experience with the company as a whole yet, but Vlad made the whole signing up process and setting up process so easy and understandable. I can only hope that the company as a whole is as good as this one employee.

A happy customer

I spoke to Charlotte regarding my technical issues I was having with my internet. She quickly spotted that my router is the problem, and order one for me to get it the next day.

I believe this was a fast and wonderful service.

I’m not the usual type to hype up…

I’m not the usual type to hype up companies…. This company is a rare exception!! Amazing and understandable customer care the service is always on point and they treat you like you matter as a person and customer … dean on credit control is an absolute legend ty guys so much :)

Great Personal Service

I have been with Direct Save Telecom for some years for my broadband and telephone. I can only say that their prices are very competitive at £22.95 per month for both fast broadband and my landline. They are a private company so you won't find them on USwitch sites. When you call you get straight through to ab actual person within minutes. I spoke with Julie today and received an excellent service. Highly recommend this company.

FRAUD!!!

Internet i was given cant even load facebook with one phone connected let alone anything else, ALSO i keep getting random payments taken out of my account when i pay my bill 2 months in advance so no payment should’ve been taken this month, yet £22 was taken (my payment isn’t due until mid december) no explanation, no way to find the bill online, im cancelling this service and you’re having a laugh if you think i’m paying a cancellation fee when i can’t even get 1mbps.

Great company if you simply want fast good internet I've switched from TalkTalk as they rise the prices to much and take ages to send engineers.

My review was taken down due to…

My review was taken down due to guidelines. I wonder how many more 1 star reviews have also been removed? Either way, my experience with this company was awful and their customer service was very poor. I think all reviews should be left for potential clients to make the best informed choice.

Since I signed for this service I have…

Since I signed for this service I have communication that has been 100% Kerry and Sami are so helpful and have advised me that if I have any problems with set up they will talk me through it!!! Fantastic 😃

I have been a customer for the past 12…

I have been a customer for the past 12 months.
I was sent a renewal email and I rang up very happy to continue with a new 12 month contract
The girl I spoke to was pleasant but a bit vague about when my contract actually ended and getting the renewal price stated in the email. It made me feel ill at ease, as if I was being taken advantage of.
However I continued to sign up as I'm happy with the internet service provided.
Clearer information from telephone staff would be good. Makes customers feel safe from cons and misinformation.

I’ve been with direct line for 3 years + and never had a problem ….

Direct save: Useless!!!!….

They took down my review 🤣🤣. You have not installed the new router you brought to my house almost 7 months ago. I’m moving out soon so do something about it. The new routers been sitting at the back of my tv collecting dust. The range and internet speed is so poor. You called my mum and said you’ll reach out to us. It’s been what 3-4 months and you haven’t followed up yet you have the audacity to take down my review because it hurts your feelings. DO BETTER!.

The online engineer went the extra mile…

The online engineer went the extra mile to help me get my new router installed with minimum disruption to my house full of connected stuff. They answered the phone within less than a minute, listened, and acted.. Top shelf Service. I have been with Direct Save for many years now, and see no reason to go anywhere else. They deliver... Faultlessly...

Main issues are overcharging and very…

Main issues are overcharging and very poor broadband. The first issue stems from small print in contracts where there are a few catches. Some sort of club membership and then add ons you have never heard of that push the bill up. You have to keep calling to cancel. WiFi issues seem to stem from the routers they use and copper lines. Each person you talk to with give a different story. General feeling of staff not interested and a bit argumentative. If you try to leave you will find a number of ways they will fine you and charge more fees. Watch out.

I’ve had a great service from directs

I’ve had a great service from directs. I only have broadband no phone line as I’m in a new build home and on Skyglass and it has been fast and reliable have no complaints whatsoever. I have just renewed for another year with Kerry taking me through the options renewed within a matter of minutes, fast service well happy thank you for your outstanding service

I have been a customer with DirectSave…

I have been a customer with DirectSave Telecom for years and 100% recommend them.
In all the years i have been with them i have only ever had 1 problem with my broadband and it wasn't their fault but a fault of another company disturbing my broadband line but DirectSave was quick to get me up and running again, i'd never use another company.
When getting in touch with them they are helpful, polite and listen to you without fobbing you off.

Underrated Broadband Supplier

I've been with Direct Save for about 4 years now and have always been very happy with the service. Not only is the broadband reliable but the staff are friendly, patient and helpful; special mention to Dean who I spoke to this morning. I had an issue with my latest bill which he has sorted for me within a couple of minutes. Excellent phone manner and you can tell they do not read off scripts, seems like they genuinely care about the customer's experience which makes a positive change. Highly recommend.

Contract or Not5stars👍

theyhave been very efficent and very good value for money!!!! I've been with them since the beginning of the Pandemic and if any problems they've been sorted immediately!! There charges are fair and transparent so if a payment is missed you are well aware what the cost will be!!! If you wish a basic, fair broadband I can only recommend Direct... As a 68yr oldpensioner I say to others the same as me you will be treated with respect and Great Patience!! You can, t Get any Better Customer service 😁👍

nothing but a bunch of scammers

this company is nothing but a bunch of scammers i joined thinking that i would get my calls cheaper as i was told by them i thought i would give them a go because i do not use my phone much in fact some months i do not use it at all take last month for instance i used it twice costing£3.20 and have just recieved a bill from them for£30.76p what a rip off i am an old age pensioner and think i will go elsewhere for my calls or it maybe better to give up the phone for good if this is how i am treated
