Delivery not good

Delivery not good; hinges missing; glass not in good condition. At this time, they have said nothing about sending me the parts that are missing. I'm still waiting for a call.

Exceptional service

This was my first experience ordering display products online for a student organization at my university, and Displays2Go made it so easy! I had a few questions about artwork; they were answered Iin just a few hours which enabled me to complete my order swiftly. I received “heads up” emails letting me know when to expect the deliveries too! I really appreciated that so I could be on the lookout for the packages on my front stoop. The quality of the materials and exceptional service earns 5 stars in my book. This could not have been a smoother transaction and I will definitely recommend Displays2Go to my colleagues.

I purchased this display to mount an echelon reflect 50 mirror as was suggested by PC magazine...I'm not able to mount it because of a lack of screws in the AV200 display on wheels...I'm stuck right now and I really choose this model on wheels to move about,,its about a $458.00 item ...maybe you can help me...Christmas gift for Granddaughter... any help would greatly be appreciated..Thank You Be Well..

my Photo Stands were perfect for what I needed

I got these cute heart photo stands pretty quick. they were perfect for what I need to spread some holiday cheer to my Elderly Besties! I actually made some card stock Note Cards and used the displays to remind them they are loved. They all stood perfectly with the Notes attached to them!

Their return process is worry causing

Their return process is very un-transparent; I followed the directions online and I shipped my item back to them, and the item got to them and was delivered, but I still haven’t gotten any email confirmation or any communication at all that assures me that my return is coming to me, so now I have to call them and figure out what the heck is going on because they can’t just communicate like a good company. Overall bad customer service.

I wish all companies had the quality of product that Displays2go has. As great as the quality is the customer service is even better. I had an issue that was my mistake and they did everything but personally come to my home to deliver the item I re-ordered in the right size.

This item is just what I needed. It allows me no hands freedom. I use an app on my iPad to communicate orally. So far it has proven to be sturdy and manageable . Well done.

Great Display system!

I love the way this display set can collapse down to a very compact and manageable footprint. I would suggest in future to ensure that contact phone numbers are passed along to all delivery providers. With the change over in logistics, the delivery timing and updates were unclear, and the last delivery entity did not have my contact number.

I needed to hang two pieces of artwork in my detached garage (Northeast). Found these 2 Outdoor Poster frames. Very satisfied with the quality and design. Competitive pricing and reasonable shipping.

Customer service MIA

Ordered two dispenser stations for one of our construction sites - shipment delays and communication with customer service were frustrating and disappointing - however, once I finally received my order and put the first one together, I was temporarily satisfied. It's a bright colored, sturdy display that stands out and would look great in any of our venues - construction sites/restaurants/hotels. They add a splash of color to the bleak looking dispensers you see everywhere nowadays, and you can even do up your own logo/wording on them. BUT...I opened the next box and discovered that it can't be used, as the tape they include to assemble it is all over the top/presentation area. I contacted customer service right away and I have yet to receive a response. It's been a week. This first experience left me feeling buyer beware-y.
