Dealt with Chris a number of times. he was beyond helpful. I needed advice on specific equipment, how it worked, other information regarding additional cabling and an explanation of how all the items I was purchasing worked together.

Having had an Air Source Heat Pump fitted at my home by a very poor contractor, when it came time to submit meter readings for the Renewable Heating Incentive (RHI) it became clear that the contractor had not fitted the Sontex heat meter correctly, so it had never worked. The contractor was totally uninterested in the problem.
I then contacted DMS who could not have been more helpful. Despite the fact that they had not had any involvement with the initial installation, DMS (Chris Bishop) managed to diagnose the problem and offer a solution within 4 hours, and the meter started working immediately thereafter.
Thank you DMS; truly outstanding service. I cannot recommend you highly enough.
