Driver didn't even attempt delivery
Driver didn't even attempt delivery! Despite having my telephone number, what3words and a photo of my house on the DPD app.
Called customer service and they said they would turn the driver around to deliver my parcel.
After 1 hour no delivery, called back customer service and got fobbed off saying it could be today or tomorrow.
I asked to speak to the manager as it was like speaking to a brick wall, she said NO! Then eventually called the depot, the driver had returned, without delivering my parcel.
Call centre is in INDIA!
