Our delivery man was so helpful, he had to deliver us an empty box from Dyson to package up and for him to take but they had sent the incorrect size so he waited very patiently for me to re wrap the item. Very polite.

DPD have the most friendly, courteous, conscientious drivers amongst all of the couriers. We always love when our deliveries have been assigned to DPD. They are thoroughly reliable in every way.

Delivered on time, didn't Ring bell, so if camera had not picked him up and notified me, fresh meat would have been sat on the mat at my front door.

As per usual Pasqual arrived with two parcels delivered to my front door both in good order. He is always very pleasant and this was no exception.

The driver was very helpful as always. Later in the day he noticed a parcel that had been left on my doorstep by another delivery company and knocked on my door to give it to me.

The courier was impatient to get to his next delivery. Not what I expect from DPD. Especially disappointing as he'd arrived very near the start of the one hour slot.

Large box delivered to my door step early this morning. Driver didn’t hesitate when asked if he could pick the box up for me to take from him. Due to bad back I couldn’t pick it up off the floor. Very much appreciated.

As much use as a dried dog poo is as a crayon, driver never came to my house as we have cameras and ring door bell. And had the audacity to claim we signed for parcel, called help line less help than the driver who was a lying dog, ignorant people at call centre wind you up to the point where they can put the phone down.
Parcel turned up in a neighbours garden chucked over the fence the old saying you pay peanuts you get monkeys seems bang on with this company.

Driver didn't even attempt delivery! Despite having my telephone number, what3words and a photo of my house on the DPD app.
Called customer service and they said they would turn the driver around to deliver my parcel.
After 1 hour no delivery, called back customer service and got fobbed off saying it could be today or tomorrow.
I asked to speak to the manager as it was like speaking to a brick wall, she said NO! Then eventually called the depot, the driver had returned, without delivering my parcel.
Call centre is in INDIA!
