No professionalism at all!
Unfortunately, our experience as a company was not professional.
We confirmed one transfer with them, but from the very beginning we felt rushed regarding payment.
In addition, they called my personal phone several times. I was very busy and unable to answer or call back immediately, however, their response was rude and dismissive, the did not want to explain in a written form, simply writing “CIAO, not interested” and indicating in an impolite manner.
From our side, we were always professional, responsive, and communicated with kindness.
In the end, we decided to cancel the transfer because their behavior was very rude, and we would never want our clients to be communicated with in such a way.

Pierre our chauffeur was charming, informative and a mini tour guide. His driving was faultless. I suffer from motion sickness especially from fast acceleration and hard breaking but Pierre was calm and drove so smoothly, I managed to nap. Great service.
