Went shopping for an outfit for date night and found the perfect one as usual. Great help from the manager she is a sweetheart!!

The right pant leg was sewn wrong where the stitch seem came forward, not sitting straight and noticeable.
I bought them the night before as I needed brown pants, took off the tag, put them on and realized that the leg was badly sewn; went to the store near my office at Vaughan Mills; the salesgirl said nothing she can do for me!! Plus I was wearing them! I could not exchange with another pair;....I also bought them in bone colour and they are perfect!! The brown ones was defective!

Exceptional service. It's difficult to work in the service industry, and that difficulty shows in retail workers not having a lot of tolerance anymore and not invested in providing good service any more. Poor wages, poor treatment of staff contribute to this. Very different than when I worked in high-end retail in the early 2000s. Even at places like Holt Renfrew, the service is lacking, even if you are spending.

My experience at the Dynamite location in Chinook was exceptional. I was asked if I needed help by multiple associates throughout my time there, but not in a performative, imposing way. What stood out was the level of service provided by Besma (sp?). She went above and beyond helping me find jeans, and various other items, and to top it off, I could hear her providing the same level of service to multiple clients in the fitting room at the same time, as well as communicating effectively with her coworkers. She was warm, charismatic and made me feel very welcome in the store, despite not being Dynamite's demographic. The woman who checked me out was also lovely, as was her coworker who steamed my two items with so much care. I loved my time there, and I love the direction Dynamite has gone styling well. It's become one of my top shopping destinations. Whatever you are doing, keep it up!

Delivery service for online shopping takes way too long for today’s standards and you use Canada Post which is the slowest

The employee Meriam was absolutely fantastic! Greeted me right away, asked if I needed any help with a beautiful smile. She really made my trip!

Shopped at the dynamite at the upper Canada mall in Newmarket and it is the best customer service I have received in years. Sara was super attentive and helpful and friendly hard to find these days.

The staff at cross Iron Mills location were outstanding and so friendly. We were visiting from Vancouver and our experience here was exceptional! Thank you 😊

Helpful staff providing great customer service

The Rideau Centre store is a little small, but the styles available are great. They had my size and I was able to try the pieces on. The line for the change room was a little long, but it’s worth the wait. The staff were kind and helpful. Overall, a great experience :)

I believe her name was Amber — she was working the morning of April 16th at Square One — and she was absolutely amazing. I had to try on multiple sizes across different clothing items, and she was more than willing to help every single time, going back to find sizes for me at least five times without hesitation.

Whether it was checking the back or finding the same item in a different colour, she went above and beyond. She also took the time to explain how each piece should fit, pointing out things like extra fabric or how we should size down, but if it was too tight on my shoulders, we should go back up a size, which I really appreciated.

I say this as someone who has been in a management position in hospitality for the last 5 years — her level of service truly stood out. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable. Employees like her make such a difference — she absolutely deserves recognition, a raise, or even a promotion.

My only feedback would be regarding the product itself: the cream-coloured pants are very see-through, and I’ve had a similar issue with some of the skirts. I’ve had to go to a tailor to have extra fabric stitched in just to make them wearable. I would have purchased more items if this weren’t an issue, so I hope this can be addressed by the supplier.

I havnt received my order yet so I cant give an accurate review. Usually orders arrive within a couple days, this one seems to be delayed

The clothing displays were lovely and enticing but I have to say that the staff at the Barrie location were STELLAR! I went in just to browse and left with a beautiful outfit💕. This visit made my day!

Found exactly what I needed, the workers were very quick, and had all the sizes I needed.

No one offered to help me
No one said hello when I walked in
I helped myself and asked someone if I can pay as no one was at the cash.

Nobody wants to help you i tried asking 2-3 different work employees on floor to help with fiding size. Since it was not there they said yeah sure let me bring machine to check if you have in stock they never showed up. Anyhow left with a dress but i am not even sure if i wanna wear it anymore after that traumaa i have been. Been shopping for a while at dynamite never had this bad experience.

The store is beautiful and the clothes are absolutely elegant without breaking the bank.

The customer service can be better, Kingsway location in Edmonton the retail associate didn’t even say a word to me when I walked in. Was on his phone and didn’t acknowledge me until I started picking up clothes and accessories I loved.

I was shopping at 11 am at a local Dynamite. There were two girls working that day, both of them remained behind the checkout counter the entirety of me being in the store. I had to go ask if they can open a change room for me and when I needed another size of an item, they both didn't come to check on me once. They also were loudly gossiping about their dating life behind the checkout counter.
