The GO TO shop for PC enthusiasts
I bought my entire gaming pc from here, case, GPU the lot. They were helpful and also told me about any configuration problems i might have, trying to add FM2 chips to AM3+ boards (Dodged a bullet there), hugely reliable service, and with the lack of good old computer shops nowadays, an excellent range of products, for the budget upgrader, or the elite newer model enthusiasts. Would give 10 stars if possible.
Would give advice to update website to be more mobile friendly, but that doesn't change my very high opinion of you :)

Perhaps I was just unlucky, or perhaps they assume a certain level of knowledge from their customers...
I ordered a gaming PC for the kids for Xmas on December 22nd and was told, I think perfectly reasonably, that it wouldn't be built until after Xmas; the week between Xmas and New Year as their suppliers would be on holiday. In retrospect this should've set alarm bells ringing, as Eclipse are what I would call a PROPER computer shop, and what PROPER shop doesn't keep an adequate amount of parts in stock? Anyway, I had a phone call saying that the tower and the motherboard were out of stock so it would be delayed... We picked a different tower and were happy to wait for the correct motherboard. However when the motherboard turned up the graphics card was now out of stock! After a lot of complaining about the extra delay they gave me the next model graphics card up, which was very good of them...
At every step of the order process I made a big point of saying that I have minimal knowledge of PCs and I was in the sales guy's hands regarding the specs and build. I use a Chromebook regularly and haven't touched windows since XP was current. I thought that the sales guy would have realised from that statement alone that my knowledge of PCs is minimal, and I even said that that's why I trusted a specialist rather than a big chain like PC World...
Imagine my surprise, therefore when 1. My monitor came without a cable to connect it to the PC (It had a VGA lead, the PC had no VGA input!), so it was off to Maplins for a HDMI lead... 2. The monitor had no speakers on it! Why would I ever presume that it would not make any sound? Perhaps silent monitors are the "In Thing" but why did the sales guy not jump at the chance to sell me some add-on speakers, or at least warn me? Oh well, back to Maplins I went for some speakers... Then 3. The PC wouldn't connect to the Internet. Having only had a laptop/chromebook I presumed that PCs would also have wireless built in. Again, having stressed the point that I don't have a working knowledge of PCs how did I not get at least offered a wireless card in the spec? I didn't even realise that PCs without built-in wireless connectivity even existed! I couldn't face a third trip to Maplins so picked up a wireless network connector from Argos...
I've saved leaving a review for a couple of weeks so I can see how the PC performs, and I can say that it works perfectly and the kids can play all the games that they want with an excellent frame rate and excellent graphics. The spec is excellent for the price and I have happy kids, although I'm still recovering from all the overtime I did to buy it in the first place!
When I picked it up (ie before I knew about the monitor/networking issues) the sales guy was genuinely apologetic for the delay but gave me a "TrustPilot" card and said that although my experience hadn't been the best they'd still appreciate an honest review. I thought that said a lot about their interest in their customers and should certainly be commended.
I really cannot fault the quality of their work at Eclipse but sadly the delay and the 3 unnecessary trips to buy extras have left a bad after taste. Was I just unlucky, or do they assume a degree of knowledge on the part of their customers? The kind of knowledge that says PCs do not regularly come wireless-ready like a laptop does, and that monitors are silent! I went there because they're the experts in their field but left feeling let down at best, and made to feel stupid at worst.

Good service for good prices
Although they didn't have all that I have searched for to buy, their prices are the best I've found online. If there are any problems, they call you and correct it even if it's at their loss. I always check eclipse when I need pc items. Keep it up eclipse 👌

Decent customer service
Ordered motherboard with next day delivery. Didn't get it until 2 days later but that was down to the courier DPD not Eclipse.
Product is fine, customer service were decent when I informed them of the poor service by DPD

Good price & service
I ordered a PC case. I received an email & SMS from DPD confirming the delivery time, and a phone call when at the address. Other companies have a lot to learn from this.
The case was in excellent condition and works fine.
Would use again & recommend.
